I spent $70 on a used tire that shouldn't have happened in the first place. They said that the situation was iffy and there's nothing I can do to get my money back for something they are RESPONSIBLE for. Horrible customer service and I hope everyone knows that they are a "drive at your own risk" type of property. Even though they are responsible for having a up to code streets for our cars. As an employee here, I am deeply disappointed that they won't reimburse me for THEIR faults.

Work Local requires you to respect people around you and be quiet, like talking on your phone or being on a zoom call in the common areas. they have designated rooms for you to go in so you can talk on the phone or on zoom. The Duxbury place let people leave their doors open and talk on speakerphone and was 2-3x the price, so I never went back. I highly recommend checking out this place.

Upset by the property management (Not Regus) who did not inform anyone that there would be orange…read morecones surrounding office space during the time rented so we had to drive over the cones outside the property. Either their property management was not informed. or Regus was not--but it was not ideal for a client renting space there for that time to see a paying client, with no access to their offices as blocked by construction cones. The aggressive driving I had to do to GET INTO My rented space caused a reaction by the staff to flip out on me in front of everyone. The employees literally screaming at me outside of said rented office space. These are italian men just sitting there watching an empty parking lot all day. Why did you drive aggressively into your space? Because there were cones surrounding your office area. He said "you could have killed someone." It was 300 ft. They had nothing else better to do then to literally sit in a toll both space and watch a fragment of their parking lot. Again this has nothing to do with Regus. Threatening me as well, which I would deem as a type of emotional harrassment by parking lot attendants. Two men yelling at me, I'm a petite woman, WTH? (This one is Regus) The other time involved not being able to access the booked space as they failed to tell me office space locks from the outside after 5. This was due to Regus, but they were apologetic. I would say head over to the other Regus offices. If you are in a bind this one is hit or miss and you're on your own in terms of parking.

Never ever used their facility for this before. Was shuffled into a huge conference room & told that was all they had available. I had said I could use an office. Was later billed an enormous amount, and it wasn't even itemized. Got no consideration or redress from the Company. To top it off: the bills they sent often got error messages when trying to pay online, or they would forget to put the link in their to pay online. They tried to bill me a late fee because their billing wasn't working correctly. This recent problem: asked for some help from the center manager and got none. Except she is holding my mail hostage. Called the person who sent the billing: some travel arrangement office at corporate, and she never called back. Sent her an email: no reply. Called the 877 # was told for billing: no reply went into voice mail. Left a message. Nobody called back. Got an email from someone saying they were Regus, but was a Hotmail account. Could have been phishing for all I know! I will be going to BBB & AG Consumer Affairs. Don't bother with these people. Saw on Trust Pilot where they will "auto-renew" your contract without notification. Then if you try to cancel they will try to stick you with 3 months worth of fees. Proceed with caution.
