They worked with the technician from the company to get my problem resolved. The Navien company overnighted a part to them which was helpful since the system went down again the following night. Once again, they responded to my home within a very short time. We have been spending our time getting an electrician to check things over and after much investigation he found a leak in the system that is causing water to short the breaker. Long story short - they say it is not their responsibility and won't help - this is an emergency - when it rains this circuit blows and sewage backs into our finished basement - this happens every single time it rains. They refuse to even come out and look at their work without charging - I would be willing to pay if they can prove it wasn't their fault but given the electricians view this is unlikely - so instead of honoring their work (in the time of an emergency) they just said they won't help. Avoid this company at all cost!
