They gave no reason. Evolve promised to have an associate discuss my request for compensation as I had to spend $200 more to find another place. Prices went up since I made the reservation 1 month ago. I am very disappointed in the service from Evolve and I have asked AirBnB to consider dropping this company from listing on AirBnB. You will see that most if not all, people have had negative experiences with Evolve. I will never rent from them again and suggest that you steer clear of them.

Nothing was built to code, dangerous electrical work that has cost me thousands in repairs, cabinets counters are laughable in the quality of installation, this guy must have been drunk 24-7. Doors were hung upside down with huge gaps. Ungrounded and miswired outlets are the norm. Drywall looks like a child finished it as well as all of the trim work. Here's the latest disaster to arise: The HVAC was inproperly installed and caused thousands in damage due to flooding (just the most recent incident). If they want to flip houses, they should stick to paint jobs as the jobs requiring skilled labor and permits are clearly out of their league.
