I have had many injections over the years and none of them have hurt, I asked the PA why this one hurt. No answer. I went back in two weeks for a follow up because I developed a scab and it was not going away. The PA said the cyst had ruptured!! When it finally healed, it ended up leaving a scar the size of a dime. Third visit, Dr. Turner came in and her solution was Botox! I was NOT going to trust them with more injections on my face after what had happened. Plus I was NOT going to pay for further treatment. Needless to say I was very upset! I had given up after 3 years of having legs like elephants and my foot was 18 inches around. I had seen 2 other vein doctors and was told sorry we can't help you. I said ok, lets do this because you are my last hope. almost 2 years later my legs are back to normal, Lymphedema is under controlled. After 6 years trying to get knee replacements (bone on bone and in a wheelchair because I can't walk the knees are so bad) I have had 7 procedures and with each procedure things got better. The left leg was a struggle and just didn't want to go as good as the right, but we never gave up. Last procedure was done on Dec. 11th, 2025 and my left leg is back to normal now. Lymphedema will never go away but you can control it. I tried everything before I went to Integrated Vascular, Physical therapy, massages, compression boots, exercises, you name it and I got no relief. I can't thank the doctor and staff for all they have done for me. They have changed my life.

I was extremely pleased with both Dr. Shuster and his entire staff. They treated me as if making my legs better was their life's goal. They could not have been any more professional but also had a great sense of humor which helps to alleviate some of the apprehension a patient might have. They explained every step of the procedure and made sure I was comfortable and informed during the entire procedure. I don't know that you could get any better treatment from anyone or anywhere. Some patients may mistake Dr. Shuster's attitude as harsh (it isn't)but it is just that he is more concerned with your treatment and end results than he is winning any personality prizes. If you treat him with respect he will treat YOU with respect! IT's as simple as that! I liked him and his staff very much and his sense of humor was very much appreciated , but make no mistake... he is NOT a joker! He knows EXACTLY what he is doing as does his entire staff! So I went up there and had to wait 20 minutes just to ask for the refills. Finally, my prescription was sent to the pharmacy BUT only a 30 day refill on each. MY TIME IS IMPORTANT TOO!! The receptionist is RUDE and just kept making excuses why my message wasn't answered. They push prescriptions on you and then lord it over you. Why can't I do a telehealth visit that you also push on your patients? But no, I must come into the office and waste even more of my time. I feel bad for patients that truly need medicine and can't do without. I do not recommend unless you are retired and have time to wait on the phone, wait for responses, and wait in the waiting room, and have time to follow up on everything. Now I've been locked out of the portal and can't retrieve any of my health information. I've been with ICFP for years, but I am DONE! I understand that Dr. offices are busy but you should be able to take care of your current patients in a timely manner. Some of us work full time too!

I I came in expecting regular services how I normally get laser hair I do have melanin skin when she began to do the laser. She put some type of jail on my face which is I've never got that done before but long story short, the results did not work and when I called to kind of let them know to see if I could come in maybe for a touchup or something like that she told me that that's not something that they could do. She also told me that I needed to wait weeks to be able to see, but I get laser often so that's something that I already knew and she just was not trying to compensate me as well at all with anything not even a visit to see if if it's something that they could've did better so I don't recommend coming to this place.
