I have been a patient here for many years, thus far I would say they have been very honest and transparent about pricing and treatment expectations. For years it was impossible to get an appointment with the doctor so PA's or NP's were the only providers with availability to see you quickly. However, when you see the provider they are usually thorough, they ask lots of questions and do a health history review. It seems now there is less of a wait to get in for an appointment with a doctor, usually within 1 week you can see them. So that's a huge improvement. On the flip side, wait times after you have checked in the day of the appointment to see the provider have been lengthy. On occasion the waiting rooms were packed with patients saying they were waiting at least 30-45 minutes after their appointment start time. I'd guess they are overbooking their providers' schedules. I have received different cosmetic treatments here, also, and everything was perfectly executed (not to mention, wait time was extremely short). I went here almost a month ago and (not impressed with the appt) I'm more upset about my prescription. I waited a week and kept checking at my pharmacy. Finally i called to no answer. She called me back the next day (i missed) and then never again after 2 weeks. I have the call logs of me calling her and she's saying i never did. So here i am a month later still no meds. I'm p*ssed and it's the girl in the offices fault. read more

I have worked for this office for over a year as an after hours cleaning service Never being paid on time and being told excuse after excuse. The office manager Linda is the only one I dealt with. I sometimes would go 6 weeks without being paid. I have been texting and calling Linda for over 2 weeks now. I have paid for supplies out of pocket. I am usually compensated for that. not this last time along with being owed 2 weeks of pay. I am almost sure the doctor or even pinnacle don't know what is going on. I was giving her until today October 27,2023 noon to send over payment . that has been requested several times over Venmo our agreed form of payment. This is unacceptable and I won't remove my review until she send over payments of what is owed. I am heading over to google next. I will also be filing with the courts in small claim. I will report none paid wages with the state of Michigan as well. You might not think it's a big deal but people work hard for their earnings and are entitled to them in a timely manner. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I'm honestly stunned that I even have to write this review considering I got a phone call from Linda there Officer Manager who was just as unhelp and quite frankly rude as the staff - no surprise there. The Dr. recommended I go on acutane, where I followed up with ok tell me about actuna (hence pros, cons, ect.) and I quote "Everything you want to know about acutane you can research online". WHAT A JOKE. So as a doctor you're going to prescribe a patient medication but they have to do the research on it? What kind of doctor does that?!?! Nothing was done to fix this issue expect recommend I go back and I would have a "better experience". Why the hell would I EVER go back there? I left crying and I would never send a friend or family member here. This office is extremely uneducated on medical advice and customer service. read more
