Is it difficult to get an appt with him? Yes, it's Florida and there is a huge shortage of doctors. Period. Staff and nurse practitioners are friendly and caring. Highly recommend him. Had to pay for blood work covered by my insurance as preventative care but office staff corded it incorrectly and would not rectify with Labcorb. I paid for lab Work twice; once through insurance and once out of pocket. This has never happened to me before. Also, staff ordered work that I did not request and I had to pay for it. Will not ever go back to the office. read more

Terrible horrific service in this health group. It's incredible they can call themselves a "health group" and care absolutely ZERO about people's health. If you miss your appointment, because you're in bad health, you're penalized. And if THEY switch your appointment because they accidentally scheduled you on a non-new patient day; you're also penalized. Mind you it's the schedulers fault, not mine. And after 2 "infractions" they will NO LONGER SEE YOU. God forbid you're sick, they straight up don't care. These pathetic scammers don't care about your well being; only getting paid their Co-pays. If you are ever sick and need to find a place to get care NEVER EVER CHOOSE PINNACLE HEALTH GROUP. Unless you're in the mood for gaslighting for breakfast, stay away. Dr Diasti is a fantastic and caring man. He was instrumental in warding me off of a terrible addiction to opioids, and who knows where I would be after treatment. The bad press is not warranted. The health care industry (especially the insurance industry) is so awful; in my opinion, Pinnacle is doing the best to their ability. read more

The elderly women in the front office have all the charm of a verruca, but their scowls mark the only honest thing you'll get out of this place. From the inexperienced practitioners from god only knows where to the rushed, lackluster service, you'd be better off serviced by a medieval barber and his leeches. read more

STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE. MONEY HUNGRY, UNCARING, AND UNETHICAL. Absolutely and without a doubt the worst doctor's office I've been to in my entire life. I've seen two different nurse practitioners there and both were horrible. Temi does not respond to my messages in the Pinnacle health portal and also did not show up for my Telehealth appointment. I waiting over a half hour and the staff said I just needed to be patient; if I didn't continue to wait I would be denied my anxiety prescription (that I've been taking for the past 12 years) even though I saw her 8 months prior... That's unreasonable and unethical for anxiety meds..... Additionally, I saw Jaison for my first appointment. He did not respond to my request to refill my thyroid prescription for almost two full weeks. Then I was told by the office manager that I needed to get blood work done every 6 months in order to qualify for my thyroid medication (which I've also been on for the past 12 years). I had to go two months without my prescription due to these low lives. They are money hungry, lazy, unbothered, and uneducated. The front desk kept mixing up their policies and calling me with new requirements and reasons to visit.... Needless to say, I will absolutely never visit this office again. read more

Run just run away from here!! I have had many issues from billing my insurance for things they didn't do. Which is illegal. To receiving a call saying I'm at stage 3 but I need to come into the office to find out more. When I received this call from Linda I started asking questions. She told me "guess you need to get you butt in the office to find out" ( completely out of line and unprofessional ) of course I made an appointment. I spent days thinking the worst. When I went to my appointment I was told that I'm not at stage 3 for anything. Linda just tells people these things to get them into the office. I was completely appalled by this. I said I wanted to file a complaint and was told that I could but it's pretty useless since she does it all the time and the owners don't care. There have been other issues as well but these two were enough for me to leave. Very scary when dealing with your health! read more

Be aware if you are a new patient they will charge you a $150 for a routine physical exam because it is their "policy". Glad I waited three months for an appointment to find out it is their policy to try to rip me off. read more

BEWARE THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR INSURANCE FOR THINGS THEY DO NOT PERFORM. I wish I saw the other reviews before I went here. I recently went for a yearly physical with Heidi Bohlmann which is covered by my insurance. Now I'm receiving bills for things they did not perform at this visit!! I cannot even believe I am having to deal with it. I am in business myself and I truly believe in honesty is the best practice. I am beyond disgusted with this office and their unwillingness to even right THEIR wrong. I will never step foot in this office again and I promise to get the word out there so no one else has to deal with this disgusting ILLEGAL behavior from a doctors office. Do yourself a huge favor and RUN away from this office. There are plenty of honest hard working doctors in the area don't bother wasting your time, energy or money with these scammers. read more

Amy is WONDERFUL. She is a nurse practitioner & she has never let me down. She is knowledgeable and has wonderful personality too. Terrible customer service here. Still waiting to hear back on results from 1.5 weeks ago on a CT scan. I've called three times asking for the ARNP to call with results to no avail. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. read more

If I could give 0 stars for poor customer service, I would. The office staff are not efficient and it seems they do not act on any voice messages. I change my address with the office yet they keep sending my bill to my prior address. Approximately 4 weeks ago when my husband visited the office, he update his address again because he was told he had a balance on his account which he paid at the office. I spoke to someone called Besi who I again updated my address and I told her to send the bill to my new address because I prefer to get a statement which I keep with a copy of my check in case of any issues later. After 3 days when I did not get the statement, I call the main office # and left a message in a mailbox for Bessi indicating for her to call me because I did not get the statement and I would like to pay with my credit card the balance I owned. On one from the office called me. On 02/16/2020 I finally receive the bill which I paid with a check. Today (02/24/2020) I receive a letter from the credit agency that my account was in default and I need to pay the bill. My issue several weeks ago I change my address with the office over the phone and left them a voice méssage that I did not get the bill buy they did not bother to call me back to take my credit card to settle the bill but send my account to the credit agency. Even after they receive my check dated 02/16/2020 they only acted on it on 02/24/2020 and told me the reason for the delay was because they had to deal with customers. The office "mess up" and they did not see the urgency in correcting their error. read more

Unless you're forced to go here by your HMO, don't go. staff is very incompetent and won't give you the time of day. They gave me inaccurate info on preparing for a blood test, they lost my X-rays, had to shlep my own paperwork around, they are just plain lazy and really don't give a d___! read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Diasti for quite awhile. I love him and his staff. The MA's are great. The front office always is nice and courteous. He has great nurse practitioners. He and his staff really care. When I needed to get in quickly, they were able to accommodate me. Great office! read more

Horrible customer service. I received a bill for $35.00 which I paid in August 2012. They cashed my check but never credited my account. I have called several times and nailed several copies of the cashed check and I am still receiving $35.00 bills from Pinnacle Health Group. Look elsewhere for health care. Sydney Weaver (Nurse Practitioner) is the absolute best, I have seen several in the office over the past couple of years but she is the one, I could not ask for a better doctor. Sydney listens to every word you say and somehow gets you in and out of the office within a reasonable time. I won't be going back. Tests aren't ordered, I had to go to the lab and get my own results since I was being brushed off by the receptionist. Waiting over an hour for the doctor once because she was with the practice manager. Nope. Do that later, please. My ARNP didn't order a culture. Geez. They get up and walk out of the room, I think they're coming back and then the MA comes and tells me I'm done. Huh? No goodbye? Goodbye to Pinnacle. So disappointing. read more

Horrible experience. Stay away. Staff is unethical, dishonest, and prioritizes insurance billing over patient care. I went for a routine physical and blood work, all the results were normal. A couple weeks after receiving all of my results, they called me and said I needed to come in again to see the doctor. I was worried something was wrong, but they assured it's just routine and not to worry because my insurance will pay for the visit anyway. When returning, they just checked my blood pressure, temperature, and asked a few general questions. They essentially just gave me another routine physical, again, a month after the first one. It was a very strange experience and I didn't understand the purpose of the visit, nor could they explain why I was actually there. She said don't worry it's just routine and your insurance will cover it anyway. I'm assuming that when they realized my insurance paid for the entire first physical, they could simply bill them again for another visit and that's why they deceived me into returning for another visit. The insurance company refused to pay for this second visit, because it was unnecessary and they only pay for one physical per year. The doctors office then pursued me for the bill. After years of fighting with them, they threatened me with legal action and reporting this to collections which will impact my credit. I just paid the amount because it was cheaper to pay it than to fight it in court. There's a special place in hell for people like this and karma will catch them one day. read more

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Diasti's for some time. Dr. Diasti is the real deal when talking about going to an internist in that he is not only very smart , but he asks the right questions and listens to what his patients have to say very carefully. He is willing to spend as much time with you as is needed to diagnose and make an action plan to deal with any medical issue, where needed. At Dr. Diasti's office, a patient is not just a number and he orders additional blood work or testing when prudent. He gets to know his patients and offers highly competent and very important, compassionate, health care. I have a high level of trust in his ability to diagnose and deal with any medical condition he is confronted with. His follow-up care is also exceptional. Dr. Diasti rises above the rest in a day when many other doctors rush patient visits due to insurance policy mandates. He does what is needed and when needed regardless of all else. I recommend him to anyone looking for a smart, skilled, thorough and compassionate internist who provides above-and-beyond patient care. read more
