It was 10:13 when I go to talk with the girl at the front desk and she says she has to ask the doctor because I'm late. I told her I came from an hour away and was stuck in bumper to bumper traffic. There was no exceptions or understanding, sympathy nothing. They wanted me to make another appointment (which would be another 5 months!!) they don't care about anything but business and I'll never give them mine again. Their service is trash and their professionalism is nonexistent.
