They wanted to charge me $660 to clear a toilet. I canceled the call. I called another company that came out the same day, brought a smaller rooter machine, and cleared the toilet line for a whole lot less than Roto Router wanted to charge me. I dealt with Candy in the office to make the arrangements. She was wonderful as well. She communicated with me and went above and beyond to make them available around the counter install. I understand things happen, but I waited two days and reached back out and contacted them again having no idea what might be going on, but I had an issue that I still needed their help with. They again said vaguely that they couldn't do it this week and again promised to follow up. They never apologized for not calling back like they said. Again, a couple days go by and still nothing. No contact, no information beyond that. I don't know what was going on, but no communication, no call backs- and I'm a family guy so family is important, but when I'm trying to book you for a business perhaps communicate better if you promise to do so. Needless to say after ghosting me and lack of communication, I posted a review elsewhere on social media and the owner had the gall to post my 1-star review and called me out- I had patience and waited many days- the business owner didn't respond, ghosted me, then blasted me on social. After many people came to my defense, they deleted the post. Wow, what a bunch of drama! I will forever avoid the Salts- I found out the owner has several race cars- no wonder his estimates always came in high. I'll find someone else in the future and suggest that you not do business with these people or they will post your honest review on their social media and try to convince people that YOU are the problem. DON'T USE THIS PLUMBING SERVICE!! To make a long story…read moreshort, Rick sent Josh to do a job in the beginning of December. It's the middle of March now and still haven't heard back from Rick. We paid 5,200 dollars. Something wasn't right and water was backing up in the sink now. The ground has been very dry for weeks and the water still won't drain properly. Rick never came by to see what went wrong and won't return any calls. This speaks volumes! He does NOT guarantee his work or the guy he sends out. If it's something he can't handle fixing then he will ignore you. This is the attitude of a back yard plumber not a professional. I will retract this review if Rick ever does decide to come and see what Josh did or didn't do that caused the problem of water backing up into our kitchen sink now. I have a feeling Rick just doesn't care!! So if you still see this review then go with another plumber.
