The quality is outstanding, but what really stood out was the pride he takes in his work. He noticed and corrected details I never would have seen, even when leaving them alone would have saved him time. That level of care is rare. He showed up when he said he would, charged a fair price, and treated the project like it was his own home. He even came back for follow-up touch-ups and never once tried to rush through them. In fact, there were several times I was completely satisfied and ready to call it done, but Roman stayed longer and made it even better. He consistently held himself to a higher standard than I did. That's what impressed me most. I never felt like I had to inspect or manage the project. I could simply explain what I wanted and trust Roman to execute it with the skill and craftsmanship to make it beautiful. Honestly, this was one of the best experiences I've had with any contractor or tradesman in the DFW area. I'm extremely glad we found him and will absolutely be using him again. About 07/25/2025, I had an estimate for some exterior boards changed and painted. If I did a review…read moreimmediately after, it would have been a 5-star rating. But last month I noticed one of the replaced boards on the garage may have been too long and started to bow(bend) out in the middle- causing a gap. I contacted them, the project manager came out saw the issue but never told me when they would come back to fix it. Today 12/13/2025, still waiting.
