He would have made time for the repair during that first visit, but we needed to purchase the new faucet first. He ultimately saved us a trip by picking up the faucet while he was at the plumbing supply store; and when he returned soon thereafter for the installation, he worked efficiently, taking time to replace two old, worn shut-off valves and tighten an entirely different faucet for me. He's very pleasant and charged reasonable rates. Cisco will be our go-to for plumbing, and I've already begun recommending them to friends.

I have been having trouble with my furnace for over a year. David is an absolute genius!!! Him…read moreand Joe found the issue with my furnace and fixed it promptly. I had been told in the past, by other oil companies, everything from "there is nothing wrong with it" to "You need a new furnace". My furnace is around 10 years old and I had to keep resetting it (sometimes up to 3 times in a day) as it kept having a problem starting on its own. This issue was known as a "hard lockout." Someone had previously put in a nozzle that was too big, and a "plate" to fit the nozzle. It cause some kind of a "dead zone". David found that the plate and nozzle did not fit the burner "exactly" and that this minute, extremely tiny difference caused the problem of the furnace shutting down. I have no idea how he found the problem (since once it was reset it would work fine) when numerous oil companies did not have a clue. David is an ace when it comes to knowledge of oil burners and I can't say enough about his work ethic! I have 4 zone heat and air conditioning. I plan to have him service all my a/c units in the spring. I wish I could give All town heating and air conditioning 10 stars!! They are the absolute best I have ever worked with and I worked with numerous oil burner companies. If you have ANY problems with your heating or A/C, call AllTown you will not be disappointed! When we refused, they tried to charge us $179 just for coming out. The next plumber I called also refused to quote even a ballpark price. But Clear Choice told me that they would charge $185, which included an environmental fee of $20. A plumber arrived on time, did the install quickly and then I was charged $185 as promised. What a joy to deal with people who are so cheerful, honest and competent. We are calling on Clear Choice from now on!

EXTREMELY DANGEROUS DRIVING -- CLEAR CHOICE DRAIN SOLUTIONS…read more Tonight at approximately 6:00 PM on I-93 South, I witnessed the driver of this Clear Choice Drain Solutions van driving in an extremely reckless and dangerous manner. The driver was aggressively cutting in and out of lanes and nearly caused two separate accidents--one involving an Audi and another involving a pickup truck. I attempted to get video, but the van was changing lanes so frequently and driving so erratically that I could not safely keep up--and I wasn't going to put myself or anyone else at risk trying to do so. I notified the Massachusetts State Police and reported what I witnessed. At the time, the van was continuing south toward I-95 South in the Braintree area. This wasn't simply someone driving a little too fast or making one bad lane change. What I personally witnessed was dangerous driving that could have caused a serious accident and seriously injured or killed someone. Afterward, I looked at the company's reviews, and what I found was concerning. Based on the number and nature of the negative reviews I saw, it certainly gave me the impression that this type of behavior and lack of professionalism may come from the top down. I would encourage anyone considering this company to read the reviews themselves and come to their own conclusion. When you're operating a company vehicle with your business name, phone number, and website displayed on it, you're representing that company. More importantly, everyone operating a vehicle has a responsibility to the other people and families sharing the road. This was completely unacceptable, incredibly unsafe, and could have ended tragically.
