He made sure to send me before and after pictures. He was very communicative which I very much appreciated. I will definitely be using his landscaping business on a regular basis. I think he charged me a reasonable price. I did pay him half up front and half after the lawn service and that worked out very well. I even gave him a tip for his efforts which was completely voluntary on my part.

I did not disclose how neglected the property was and upon inspecting the property, my appointment was pushed back 1 day which was totally acceptable. I even received a call to tell me that the yard required additional services and charges which I totally expected. I don't condone lazy and disrespectful landlords who use their guy to do a shoddy job, SOOOOO I will CONTINUE to use your services because there's nothing like walking outside and seeing a masterpiece like the one you left me. Your company transformed my environment into something I can be proud of. We're having BBQs, getting a pool and enjoying the summer thanks to you. The last one I asked to take pics. They said they would. I got notification on the app my lawn was cut. It wasn't and no pics. I was hiring these guys remotely as it is my 90 year old mother's place and had to have a neighbor check. They sent me a pic and nope, grass not cut. If you hire this company you will need to verify if hiring them remotely, good luck.
