At the very first visit, Alex zero'd in on possible foods that were causing inflammation due to my health history and started targeting weak areas that I should be working on, in addition to friction massage. Not only does every patient get a full appointment of one-on-one time with a physical therapist, but the therapists are also extremely talented, professional, caring, and intelligent.
