Worst customer service I've ever experienced. We had a heat pump system installed Nov 2024. They no-showed twice before finally showing up at 1PM--and to no surprise they did not finish that day. Their office never picks up the phone or responds to email so I was left waiting for their install team all day on multiple occasions. Two men, neither of which spoke good English enough to thoroughly communicate with me showed up. The were not friendly, and did not clean up after themselves--nevertheless the install seemed to be successful (the system works as of Feb 2025). They tried to overcharge me for refrigerant--evidenced by the fact that they immediately lowered the price when I noticed how high it was. It was not worth saving the few bucks we did. I have tried to contact the company to express my concerns for their business--but still no one answers the phone!
