That cinched my decision! As soon as he arrived and tried to pry open the back of my computer, I suggested he take the screws out first. That should have been my first clue. But again, those great reviews.... He took out the power box and we ordered together, a new one. He took my computer home to finish the 'repair' when the new boxe arrived. When he received the new power box, he told me it worked for 5 seconds then the computer again turned off. My original problem was my computer just shut down. So he said it might be the motherboard which he doesn't do repairs on, AND he said 'to tell you the truth, I don't think it'd be worth it to put money into it to fix it." NOTE: My computer is a great computer, above the average home computer. It's 5 years old. I asked him to bring me back my computer with the 2 power boxes, the original one and the new one. He brought it back to me a few days later, no power box installed and only one of the screws to hold the back of the computer was there. :( Long story short, ha, I told him I would be getting a 2nd opinion. The next day I took it to another person and he fixed it within a couple of hours. He said, the place you plug in the power box, the pins were bent and the casing cracked with a small piece broken off. He was able to straighten the pins and get the new power box in and the computer works great! I can assure you, the pins were not bent when Mr. Coppens took my computer.

Well, when I took my laptop he said he knew the problem and would need a few hours. Saying it may not even be worth fixing because my laptop was old and out dated. I later took it to 99 PC repair and got my laptop back it's working great and I didn't need to buy extra parts and when I asked if I had an outdated laptop 99 PC confirmed it was only a year old laptop. I would not recommend this PC guy at all. Just be honest and say you can't fix it before wasting someone's time and money.

All I needed was a vanity in my bathroom replaced but the new vanity was a floating vanity to help with mold issues that had been happening on the floor of the previous one. Once the vanity was taken out at 10:30am it was clear that the pipes needed to be moved higher for the floating vanity. That's when I should have called my plumber. That's when he should have suggested that rather than attempting to cut the drywall and move the pipes on his own. After 10 or more trips back and forth to Home Depot and almost 11 hours of work I asked him to leave at around 9:30pm and called my plumber because he could not finish the job enough for us to turn our water back on. I would not recommend this company for any large job and would give zero starts if I could.

We bought this property not having any experience with living off a well system. Turns out our tank was not holding air and had a leak in the piping system to our house. Here is what unfolded recently ... My vacation home is a 150 miles away from my main home and I am hardly ever there. So I had to trust Ben completely when he said that he had replaced the well pump motor and that the well was now in good working order. Ben was not happy when I asked if it was okay to pay him in several days giving me time to verify the wells status. His previous temporary fix a week earlier didn't work at all, so I was a bit reluctant to pay this time without checking it out. Despite my hesitancy, he demanded that I pay him immediately via a credit card. So I paid in full based on what I believed was his honorable reputation. The well did work for a couple of watering cycles, but 2-3 weeks later it failed once again. Ben went out to investigate and stated that it was a minor issue and that he would fix it in couple weeks. About 2.5 weeks later, with temps close to 100 degrees and a lot of dying plants, I called Ashley his assistant to convey some urgency. She assured me that he would be out in a few days to make the repairs. Needless to say, he never showed up, nor were any of my increasingly desperate calls to his office ever returned.

I also found plenty of office items and possible decorations. PostalAnnex+ also has a small P.O. Box section, it's smaller than a UPS P.O Box station but it's still helpful and convenient. My only gripe for this place is that shipping a few small art items like crayons and a small toy (all in a super small box) cost over $30. It's kind of insane how much shipping costs now. Our box wasn't heavy lol. Oh well, the service requested was provided and I guess we had to bite the bullet on this one...
