Tried this new Restaurant in Inverness recently and it was a delicious! They have taken an older building and totally reconstructed it inside and out. It is modern, clean and welcoming. They have a nice menu with Pizza and Italian entrees ..we had the Margherita Pizza on this visit and were very happy...it was crispy,delicious and perfect! Service was good too...the girls are very sweet that work there..we will be back to try more dishes here..... read more

We loved it. We were wanting yo try it for a while because we heard good things. We were not disappointed. Garlic knots with cheese were exceptional. We had a large pizza, 1/2 white sauce and 1/2 traditional ...added mushrooms, fresh garlic, jalapeños and onions. They have a couple of different beers on draft as well as bottles and cans, wine and seltzers. Lisa was our server. She was excellent. The bathrooms were very clean. After ordering and consuming 2 appetizers with another couple, we waited 2 hours to get served! After the waitress realized that she forgot to put our order in, she apologized and said she only started working there a week ago, and there was no other waitstaff working with her. We asked to be sure when our pizza does finally come, please bring them both together. That didn't happen, ours came 10 minutes afterward our friends and it was not hot... so it sat in the kitchen for that time! A manager never visited our table, and when we went up to pay, the manager opted to give us compensation of only 10%! This was our first and last visit to this place! read more

I have been hesitating to write a public review because I really really do want local businesses to succeed. And, the first few times I went to Pinscher's, it WAS good. Fantastic, even! It was literally THE BEST PIZZA I've ever eaten. Perfectly cooked, perfect crust consistency throughout. It was made by someone who definitely knew how to make pizza. No heartburn afterward, no feeling thirsty afterward because of too much salt. But unfortunately their cook, Joe, left, and it hasn't been the same since. When you have a great product, customers can forgive poor service and high prices. But when the product isn't consistent, and the prices are higher than anyone else, customers are not so forgiving. When Joe was there, the Buffalo Stampede Dip was amazing! Creamy, steaming out of the oven with a layer of grilled cheese on top. (like a really good french onion soup - how they broil the layer of cheese on top so it's dripping down the sides of the container. THAT's how the Buffalo dip used to be! The grilled cheese on top was what made it extra delicious.) But since then, it's completely different each time. I forgot to mention the "off-menu" dessert doughnuts! Yummy. No more. Previously, the Margherita Pizza was a white pizza- it had Extra Virgin olive oil, tomatoes, basil, cheese, NO marinara. Now, it has red sauce and the cook spun the dough so much that the center of the pizza fell apart while the edge was thick. Their menu says "thin, crisp crust". It was not. The wine slushy machine is never operational. The calzone is the size of a shoebox, but it's 1/2 dough. As I wrote when I started this review, I really didn't want to give them a bad review, but once you've had a really great pizza, you yearn to have it again! read more

Great food but slow service they're new they need to learn to be more efficient getting the meals ready

One time good, next time not so good. About 6 pieces of pepperoni on an entire pizza and very few mushrooms.

The Bread bites were burnt and the pizza wasnt really that good. That was a waste of money. read more

It's an insult to pizza to call what they served pizza. It was thin with very few toppings or cheese. It was cut into huge pieces so that seconds were out of the question for some. The place was noisy. I don't expect an intimate, quiet place but this was ridiculously noisy and it wasn't even full. I guess I could say the beer was good. read more

We saw a review on Neighborhood and researched Pinscher's. We were looking forward to trying the Wedgies and couple other items. When we ordered drinks we were told that they were out of iced tea. When they came back to take our order we asked for The Italian Stallion wedgie. The server said they didn't have any. I asked if they had sold out and she said no one orders them so they were taking them off the menu. We tried to order The OG and were told the same thing. The table next to us was also being told that they were out of something they had ordered. Never seen anyone other than the 2 servers in the dining room and was never approached by a manager or owner. I paid for my beer and we left. read more

I am definitely not a fan. I will not be back. Food is mediocre and the service is horrible.

Not a fan. Waitress was slow had to wave her down to get drink refills. The pizza toppings were not cooked. Too much cheese and the sauce had no taste . When the Pizza came it was put on a stand on the side of the table rather than on the table stand. We had to fumble in our seats getting a slice onto our plate. We asked for a box, it was brought and we had to get again fumble getting the pizza into the box. You can say out experience here was not good and we will not be back. read more

Just had a horrible customer service experience with Pinscher's Pizza in Inverness. I went on their website and ordered their King Boli. The website had a section where I could order xtras. I ordered ricotta for an extra $2.50. I also asked for extra sauce and some utensils as I was staying at a hotel nearby (it was a little getaway with my girlfriend so we could use the pool). My order arrived 35 minutes later. I opened the box and there wasn't any extra sauce or utensils. We decided to use our hands and dig in anyway. First thing we noticed was no ricotta. I called Pinschers and explained the situation. The "manager" got on the phone and said they don't add ricotta to a Stromboli. They only add ricotta to their calzone. Their website doesn't describe what exactly a king boli is just that it has pepperoni sausage etc. I asked why then does their website have an option to add ricotta to the king boli and why was I charged for it. He couldn't explain. I asked if he could remake it as a calzone and add ricotta or refund my money. He refused both options and said I could reorder a calzone and pay for it. I went to the restaurant to express my concerns. He was totally belligerent and argumentative and asked me to leave. This was probably the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I live here in Inverness and absolutely will never return. The customer service was horrendous. Businesses with this level of customer service usually fail fairly quickly. I always support local businesses but this place either needs to get new management or suffer the consequences of their actions. read more
