This was a great way to spend my birthday with the girls! This was really fun. The ladies helping us make the candles were delightful! They were so helpful and took lots of pictures of us! We choose our vessel, our scents, color, and toppings! The candles take about 45 minutes to set, so plan for that! They also have snacks and drinks snd splatter rooms! We purchased the Date Night Package to celebrate our 14th wedding anniversary and paid extra expecting a special experience. Unfortunately, it felt no different than a standard splatter paint session. Prior to booking, Rebekah assured me that if I purchased the date night package for $109, we would get an Anniversary sign and special touches. When we arrived, there wasn't a sign or even a verbal acknowledgment, and several elements of the package were either missing or not executed as expected. After reaching out, the business acknowledged that aspects of the anniversary experience were not carried out as intended. I also provided a screenshot from the website referencing champagne, despite later being told that champagne has never been offered at this location. The most disappointing part was the resolution. Despite acknowledging the shortcomings, the only compensation offered was a 20% discount on a future visit, which requires spending more money with the business. We paid extra and chose pinspiration to celebrate our 14th wedding anniversary based off of the conversation I had with Rebekah prior to booking and the website description of services included in the package. If I could give less than a 1 star, I would. The lack of customer service and effort to remedy their mistakes and misleading us to purchase a more expensive package makes this experience even worse. Ps: Adult projects/classes as well btw I took my wild 4 year old to "Pinspiration" today for her and mama time! We setup a reservation online which was $15. When we arrived the 2 ladies working were very friendly and inviting. We were the only customers there so it wasn't busy whatsoever which was awesome! They did amazing with us and my little one had a BLAST! We will definitely be returning. My little one chose the "Rainbow playdate" which had 3 projects to do with a little sweet treat. I took my two daughter to make art projects for my renovated room. We had so much fun spending time together. The staff provided everything we need and helped us when needed. The final project was beautiful. I really recommend having a party or do a drop in. read more
