I have acquired plants from Greg at Native Plan Nursery over many years - it is a unique and…read morevaluable resource. The critical review is based on the fact that the plants are tiny - they often sell in plugs which are small, and which take more work to establish but also are cheaper than buying more mature, potted plants (although they also have some of these). This nursery is not a retail nursery - you can contact them, or visit them in the summer at the Ann Arbor Farmers Market. They grow from seed and are incredibly knowledgeable about native plants, and they have varieties of things - notably sedges - that are hard to find elsewhere. If you want to install big blooms and a ready-to-go bed, this will not be the nursery for you. But if you are interested in cultivating native plants from a knowledgeable resource, you can do it affordably and beautifully with help from this nursery.
