Jelani told me that he had forgotten about me and was glad that I showed up to pick up the pants. They were the wrong length that I ordered and Jelani told me that I can get them altered with his tailor at a different location. I took the jeans and left. After a few days, I brought them back and returned them because I didn't want to have jeans altered after paying about $250 for them. About 30 minutes after I left the store I received a call from Jelani and the voicemail message is attached. Very odd call and disappointing since I've shopped there for several years.
