Even before arriving I was impressed with the professionalism provided by Anna on the telephone. She was welcoming and accommodating despite my twice rescheduling. In terms of the service: Nayya was approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. While personally a lovely person, the service was expertly done and adhered to my instructions. Unfortunately my schedule doesn't always match up to Phoebe's so a couple times here and there I had my laser appointment with Anna who is by the way, the sweetest and oh so very caring! Anna is professional, friendly and updates you as she rolls the laser around the areas needed for treatment which is great - cause the laser can get hot! Lol I've been coming to lashes & lipstick for some time and I've always had fantastic experiences with these girls! PS. You know they're doing amazing work when their staffs multiplies like rabbits!! I could tell how much care & attention she was giving to my eyelash to ensure that it is perfect and that I would be happy with the results.
