Their courtesy cars were all out so while we waited, Jeff checked on us numerous times providing refreshments and offering to drive us wherever we wanted. The work was done sooner than expected. What we appreciated the most was his attention to us.

Was towed May 20,2016 and was told would be ready the next day. Did not get back until June 6,2016. Was told it was a wire then compressor, then main computer then back to the compressor. The computer was never necessary and I never authorized them to put in. They refused to put original computer back in and charged me almost 600.00. Stephen, who is to be a customer service rep is beyond dumb and a liar. He is the person who is to call the customer and let them know what is wrong and how much it will cost. He NEVER had my paperwork in hand when HE called me. I am disabled and needed a car and twice he promised me a car to use because they could not figure out what was wrong. I never received a car to use. In the end they never did fix my car, was the same as when it was towed to them, they put a part in that was not even needed, had car towed to them with a full tank of gas and received back with fuel light on, they took off 100.00 as a discount but it was really the diagnostic fee that a normal dealership would have automatically taken off if they were to repair the vehicle. In my opinion they are a bunch of dumb ass's. Not sure if an owner problem or mechanic problem but definitely a problem is their and it was at my expense. THEY ARE TO BE THE EXPERTS ABOUT MY MAKE OF VEHICLE. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH ANYTHING, IF YOU DO, REMEMBER I WARNED YOU.!!!!!!

I took my truck to them after i got rear ended. After they called me telling me it was "done" i…read morefound about 10 spots that needed to be retouched( i could've nit-picked more). My bumper was so crooked it was ridiculous, it was about a 1/8th inch gap on one side and 1 1/4 on the other. I have a rubber mat in my bed, under it i found metal shavings and razor blades amongst other trash in my bed. Cecil said he would fix what i found and he did; half-assed. My bed cover was also rolled up when i got it back i didn't think to check it. I just tried to put it back and it won't latch because its so far off. DO NOT TRUST THEM. OTHER BODY SHOPS ARE HIGHER PRICED BECAUSE THEIR WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!!
