Honestly surprised at all the negative reviews. I've been going here for years after having trouble (I'm a bleeder) at several places in town. Several ladies are my favorite but I feel confident in everyone that currently works here to do my pedicures. They are all very sweet, kind, and very funny. I usually make an appointment though their website and have never had to wait to be seated and never more than a few minutes soaking to be attended too. I had a nail issue on one of my toes that Lucy fixed within literally one minute of being in her chair for the first time. Went in for a eyebrow waxing, manicure and pedicure. Technician did a very poor job on the pedicure and eyebrow waxing. Had to return the next day to have my eyebrow shape corrected. Also, I paid to have the callouses removed from my feet. However, she did a very poor job in that most of the callouses were still there. For $120.00, I feel that a much better job should have been performed. Will not be returning for any services. Very obvious she didn't know what she was doing. read more

i'm so disappointed. i have family photos in 24 hours. i told her i wanted designs, that they would be many colors. she spent an hour just shaping. i was there for 2 hours. after she got the base colors on, apparently she put on the topcoat. when i was getting ready to go into the design she said she did the topcoat already. not only did i say i was getting designs she didn't even ask. i am matching a werid color scheme that doesn't make sense without designs that combine the colors. i was going to do simple patterns from a dress, line work and a flower. basic shit. sure tried going back but was obviously everyone was frustrated. i was already there so long. thankfully i have everything at home to redo them. the point of spending the money was i am short on time. now i wasted time and money. this sucks. now i have this crazy weird color scheme, couldn't find the right shades didn't want to bother mentioning blending. tina did my wax, was sweet, personable and wonderful. read more

So, I called and asked if there's someone available to do a fill for me. They said 'yes come in'! So I do. A lady starts on me right away. Great. Half way she stops and says let it dry; I say ok (which is weird because acrylic dries right away) she starts on someone else's nails and makes me wait HALF AN HOUR. (I have plans after this) The annoying part that made me mad is there are FOUR other workers there that are just straight up chillin. While I'm sitting there waiting for her to finish up. They were Sitting, hanging out, laughing loudly, talking in their language, eating food, watching Flip or Flop on the TV. Just not good customer service. Update!! Pedicure message is very nice! They take their time. I did have to wait 20 min after my apt time to get seated. My gel pedicure was $40. She did a amazing job thou! I had my nails done over there the first time yesterday by Vy. It was a disaster. The French tip weren't glued onto my Nails securely. It was crooked. Vy cut me at least twice when she was buffing the solar powder. I left the salon with chunks of glue on my fingers and inside of my nails. I understand that you have some excess glue after a solar set but it looked like Vy has never done a solar set before. Shortly afterwards I called in and expressed my disappointment. Lee and Nue fixed it for me today and they look amazing. If it wasn't for those two I would never go back to that place again. read more

Not impressed. Their polish seems to be watered down with acetone, after my gel nails set my toe nails smudged. The technician had to put 5 coats of gel polish on fingers, and it still looks awful. My daughter had to have her toes repainted twice because the paint would not set. My gel nails look so cheap, the more I look at them the more disappointed I become. There are so many good reviews, I am sad to have this experience. This was the first time my 6 year old ever had a professional mani/pedi, we will not be going back. This is the second time Ive gone here the only reason I came back is because the place I usually go was closed. My first experience wasn't great, my second experience EVEN WORSE!! I will never go back to this salon!! #1)I find it very rude when your getting your nails done and one lady is doing your pedi and the other is doing your mani and instead of talking to the customer and making them feel comfortable they talk to each other in Vietnamese and giggle while right in front of you, I cant understand what your saying and for all I know, your talking about me. VERY RUDE!!! #2) when you choose to get regular polish they need to take their time to allow the first layer of polish to dry before proceeding with the next layer so that it does not take forever to dry and to avoid nicks and scraps when they are finished at Signature nails they DO NOT do this, they do everything super fast and then want to move you without allowing proper dry time and when I tell them my nails are not dry they is their anything you can do to make it dry faster? they look at me in a cross manner and tell me that its because I didn't get gel. I know I didn't get gel, I didn't get it because their prices are high and fluctuate regularly this is the only salon I know that does this and to me that's not good for a returning customer, you expect something to be one price and then you come back and the price has gone up BS!! #3) I go to the nail salon to relax and unwind have some time for myself that is peaceful, I was trying to do this, when I was here and couldn't because not only was I already not having a good experience but also, because while I'm sitting their waiting for my nails to dry and trying to relax the male employee that works here, takes it upon himself to start moping around the the entire place and the chair I'm sitting in with a very strong smelling ammonia very rude! and not helping anyone relax and have a pleasant experience!! Went in with my mom 8/22 for pedi, we loved our experience, the place is inviting and relaxing. My technician Mai was friendly and professional (at some places I notice other tech talking to each other in a diff language, feeling like they are talking about u) she did not do that but instead, invited us to conversation. Tracy and Anthony sold the business. Went back and the owner doesn't care about what you have to say and doesn't listen. Just smiles and nods and treats you like an idiot. I made an appt for a fill to give the new people a shot. Took them 10 mins to even look up and I had an appt. Needless to say the lady who was supposed to do my nails was in the middle of a full set and they didn't care. They were already 15 mins behind my appt time. I was a devoted customer for years and have recommended many. I will NEVER go back again! Time to find a new person and I'm really picky! Ugh! read more

You'll want to make an appointment. But the ladies here all do a really great job. They have TONS of color options. Always very friendly. And they have TVs for entertainment. Almost always playing the channel with house remodels which I enjoy since they take their time on your nails to make sure they look good. Also if you bring cash you get a discount. I don't get my nails done very often, but when I do- this is where I come. The manicurists are always very polite and have no qualms about fixing something if it isn't exactly to your liking. The quality of their gel manicures and full sets surpasses any other place I've tried in the area. They are happy to chat with you if you like, but if you don't want to they are ok with that too. They like to chat amongst themselves as well in their language which always sounds almost like a song to me. The only reason for not giving them 5 stars is that from time to time it does get busy and even with appointments you can be kept waiting past that time. I've been going here at least a year now and love their work!one of my best friends refered me to them and im so glad she did! They have great prices too and really take their time. I showed them a picture I wanted my nails to look like around Christmas time and they did an amazing job recreating it and still keeping it their own. They actually took a picture of the nails when they were done and posted it online. They were blue with sparkles and added a couple snowflakes. I recently moved from Kent to Vancouver and simply chose Signature because it was close to home. I made an appointment and was seated at my scheduled appointment time, but they were VERY busy. The young lady who did my pedicure told me she'd been working for only a month. She was very careful and did her best. She worked up until the color then stopped because the manager wanted to approve her work, and the manager applied the nail color. I have never had such a thorough pedicure. I was there for 2 hours including a 30 minute drying time. When I go back, I'll make sure I allow 2 hours for a pedicure. Everyone was friendly and the place was super clean. Would not recommend this place. I got my nails done today and I've had them done plenty of times before and my nails were never sore. I've never had my nail beds hurt as much as they do right now. They grinded my last acrylics off my nails so much that it started to burn my nail bed. I payed way too much to have my nails and fingers hurt as much as they do right now. Staff was super accommodating, they offer you T coffee and wine which is really nice. They let me take my time when choosing my color and took their time when doing my nails. I'm very particular and had to have her redo a couple nails and she did it without any complaint. Would Have given a higher rating but it's very uncomfortable when they're speaking to each other in Mandren well taking care of their customers. For one thing and there to relax. I know when I used to do nails it was a huge no-no to talk to other people besides your customer if speaking at all because a lot of people are there to relax. To close your eyes and release the tensions of the day. It was clean nice looking place. they had my husband and I share files huge state law no no . Never share files...Their pedicures go from $25 for just a basic on up to $50 those come with the wax and the hot rocks. read more

Okay so I went from loving this place to HATING it. Ever since I got my pedicure, my left big toe has been turning purple and is sore to the touch. I'm pretty sure my nail technician cut me when cleaning my nails and didn't even bother to tell me! I felt a pinch during my pedicure and decided to blow it off as this place has such good reviews and I felt at ease but boy was I wrong! Now my toe hurts whenever anything touches it, even putting on a sock is uncomfortable. Not worth 35 dollars. Go somewhere else where they'll be more gentle and not risk you getting an infection. read more

I judge a nail salon on how long my nails last, and the quality. I have only been here once, and that was about 7 weeks ago. I had a full set of pink and whites put on, and to my surprise, they are still 100% on, in great condition, like the day I had them done, but just with a lot of growth. I've never had nails last this long without falling off or lifting! I am super hard on my nails and bump into everything, so this is a surprise! I use to enjoy seeing Hannah who no longer works here. Apparently. The woman I happened to be paired with a couple times after being told Hannah was gone left me very disappointed. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and didn't speak up when I saw she was once again my pedicurist. My 2 year old could have painted and filed/shaped my nails better. My polish had bubbles in it and was all over my cuticles and skin. I didn't notice until I used the restroom after my service. I paid $35.00 for something I could've done better myself at home. I even mentioned to another woman checking me out how disappointed I was and I wasn't offered any compensation. I will not be back. It's too bad because the atmosphere is relaxing and they offer complimentary adult beverages. Whoever is in charge should pay more attention to the technical talent of the staff. read more

2nd time visiting this salon. Overall atmosphere was great and clean. Basic color selection was decent, the gel selection was huge. I had a pedicure and gel manicure done by Lucy, she was incredible. She took her time and did a great job, didn't feel rushed or that I wasn't getting the full package. Pedi was perfect! I did gel on my mani and 2 weeks later it still looks awesome! I used to love coming here. Until today when I got a pedicure with my mom and the whole entire time the employees were yelling very loudly trying to over talk each other. This went on for about 30 minutes until we actually had to say something considering the both of us were getting headaches from them border line yelling. From then on they caused pain through out the pedicured being extremely rough. We will not being coming back. EVER. read more
