Stopped in to get a new set of nails because the place I originally went to (Q Nails) did such a horrible job. The owner of Q Nails sis my nails crooked and didn't even cut my nails or cuticles. I stopped in at Elegant Nails without and appointment and was seated right away with one of the nail techs. Her name is Katrina. I told her what I wanted with length, shape and design and she delivered! She did such a good job and made sure to make everything even and did a wonderful job with the flower design I asked for. Will definitely be back! They have stamp cards so you get a stamp for every visit and eventually can save money on one of the services once the stamps are filled. read more

Walked past this Nail Salon after stopping at Sally's. Had a big work party and even though I typically do my own nails as I have an LED light and gel set up - I wanted to do something fun. Made an appointment for Saturday at 11 - the day of my party. Convinced appointments don't matter in the Nail world haha. Sat for 30 min before someone was able to start the pedicure. The lady mentioned that they were short staffed and - I understand, not the end of the world. I've never gotten acrylic nails before - but wanted to do a fun design. A really sweet younger girl starts my pedicure. I give the lady the design for my nails to confirm we could do it - she says yes. We do the pedicure - another lady finishes it. They rush me over to the nail area and the lady doing my nails is really unkind. I chalk it up to stress - and sit quietly. There's a dirty bandaid next to my hand she's working on. Not super clean here. She is aggressive on applying the fake nails, and finally she hands me a bunch of colors to pick from. So then I'm confused, and ask her if she was showed he photo. She says - yes, I can't do that. Pick something else. I would have NEVER gotten acrylic nails if it wasn't for wanting this specific design. I would have done my nails at home. Now it's 2.5 hours of being here and waiting around, more time wasted on applying these nails. She says that she'll "try" and copy a different design I show her and that it'll be $5 a nail (see photo below). I tell her I am not happy with this but at 3 hours I need to leave. I pay $100 + for something I did not want. I finished my nails at home with glitter. & within 3 hours in closed toe shoes, my pedicure chipped. Not coming back. read more

do not come here. they gave me nail fungus, THEY DONT CLEAN the tools. I just ripped off my nails that are only a week old because I have fungus growing under them. When I went in they DID NOT give me a refund and lied to me saying it was nothing while applying fungus medicine, told me what brand I had to go buy and I have to apply it. They did not tell me the truth, they tried to tell me to cover it with a new nail instead. I went to sallys beauty to buy medicine they told the me truth, you have to let it breath, apply meds 2 a day, grow out nail and cut it off and not to do anything until it heals. this place didnt offer to fix it, or anything. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HER TO GET THEIR NAILS DONE!!! Don't ever go to this salon. I took my daughter in to get her nails done and get mine done. To start, the tech, if you could call her something so professional after her abhorrent behavior, never said hello to me or my daughter. She started with my daughter by telling "you sit here" while pointing at a chair like my child was a dog. Then my daughter tried to tell her the colors she wanted her nails. She wanted pink nails and black toenails... the lady told her "no, you just a baby, pink better" and then refused, even after me telling her that I approved of the color and to please do as my daughter requested. She mumbled something about my daughter being "just a baby" (she's six years old) and proceeded to start on her fingers. Unfortunately, I was apparently not paying enough attention, because this lady then proceeded to do my daughters toes in pink, and when my daughter came to where I was waiting she was next to tears. She said the lady told her "no you just a baby, pink better for babies" when my daughter tried to remind her that she wanted her toes black... Now I'm mad, but I've waited over an hour to get my nails done, and I was too lazy to go somewhere else. That was my mistake. The same rude lady came to get me to do my nails, so I decided I'd say something, and ask her to fix my daughters toes. She told me no!! Pinks better she says. So then she starts on my nails and I asked her to leave them the length that they were but even them out. I don't know what her version of leave it be but even the out means, but she cut most of the length of my nail off. I asked for coffin shaped... I got square, and the tips are crooked. When I tried to point these things out, she YELLED at me that I was rude and just didn't want to pay. I told her she was absolutely right, that I shouldnot have to pay for such garbage service, but since my nails were "finished" (I'm going to have to go to another salon and have them redone from scratch because right now they look aweful) that the only thing I refused to pay for was my daughters toenails because she almost made my daughter cry, and definitely did make her feel like crap... she threatened to call the police. Screamed at me that she didn't need customers like me and proceeded to loudly yell things in another language (I think Vietnamese, but I don't know and I wouldn't want to assume anything...) and wave her hands towards my daughter angrily which scared the crap out of my daughter. She told me later that she thought the lady was trying to have me arrested for complaining... long story short, that was the biggest waste of money I've ever seen. Not only do I now have to pay someone else to fix my and my daughters nails, but my daughter is traumatized by this woman's awful behavior. Do NOT bring your kids here. Ever. read more

Being new to the area, I looked up reviews and found a place.. unfortunately I couldn't find the place and was just desperate to find a place close by. I drove and found this place, without reading reviews, my mistake. But I've known places that I've loved to also get not so great reviews, so I like to form my own opinions. So I walk in, am greeted, told to choose a color, then within 5 min got seated for a pedicure. They didn't have many workers so they were all occupied. A lady came over and finally started working on the person next to me. I sat for a couple minutes with no water to soak... another worker said something to her so she finally turned it on for me. Anyways, I soaked for A WHILE, which I didn't fault them because I knew they were busy. I was given the pedicure menu, and as they did with the person next to me, kind of forced me to choose the deluxe without giving me a chance to decide first. Overall, the pedicure was pretty decent. I did notice a fuzz on my nail, and watched to see if she'd remove it, but she just painted over it multiple times. I finally leaned over and tried to take it off myself. I tried a couple times, and then the lady HIT MY HAND away. I couldn't believe it. She didn't even apologize. I then heard the workers speak in Vietnamese. I'm not sure exactly what they said, but I know it was ABOUT ME because I understand some. It was just awkward afterwards. I then had a gel mani done. I'm sure she realized what she did because she was a lot nicer and started to compliment me about various things... I got an eyebrow wax which I actually really liked. I thought the manicure was pretty good... so I tipped well overall. AND THEN... I went outside to take a better look in the sun and noticed some of my nails were painted unevenly. One even goes to touch my skin. They're thick and some of my nails have dents. I don't think she let them dry enough. Oh yeah when I first came in another customer had a complaint about her polish, and the lady told her it's because of what she chose to do. She then proceeded to talk about that girl with the current customer she was working on for a couple minutes. Sigh. Why's it so hard to find a good nail place? I will NOT come here again. read more

My nails came out decent luckily but the lady who did them forgot that I asked for a design and put the oil on at the end and then said she couldn't do it cause of the oil. She said "Next time you have to tell me before" and I HAD mentioned it TWICE while I was there. And all she said was "Oh, sorry. Next time then." WTH? Wow, rude! She didn't even try to do it, she was just like "too late, too late!" I had also told her that it was my first time getting my nails done so how was I supposed to know that it had to be done before the oil? I am new to the Camas area and the first time I came in was sometime in November 2020. Hannah took my call for an appointment. This was the first place I tried and I was very pleased with Hannah's work. I got a pedicure and brow wax. I told her I'd be back and I definitely did. Today I had a pedicure, manicure, and brow wax. Every single thing she did was awesome! Hannah asked questions of what I wanted and I told her. I told her I wanted to do shellac for my manicure and described what color I wanted and to match my pedicure. She showed me the line that would take care of both. There were a lot of colors to choose from and I told her what I wanted and she picked out the color and that was exactly what I wanted. She gave me a great pedicure with a massage and it felt wonderful. Hannah took real care of my hands since it had been over a year since I had a manicure done (great hand massage). She did my brows and I was very pleased again. The store was nice and clean and they were all nice, especially Hannah. I will definitely be back to see Hannah! My wife and I have been going to this shop for a couple of years and it recently is under new ownership. We had a terrible experiance yesterday getting Pedicures. My wife's toes are infected on four different toes. and mine has a red irratation on my right foot big toe. Neither girl said anything to us while doing the clipping but the irrataion on wife's feet are bad enough that wife called and they said sorry! WE will never go back to this Butcher Shop! read more

This place is great!! I've only been 3 times but the second time I went, it was on Sunday 40 min before they closed and the lady promised me she could squeeze me in. They take their time but they always do amazing! I do my own nails but don't have many supplies so I just get them done most of the times. I am a TOTAL perfectionist when it comes to my nails and I've gone home in tears many times because of the nails I've gotten and they never seem perfect but the 3 sets I've had have all been the best nails ever. They are so nice. That day I came 40 min before close another girl came in 20 before close and made them redo her nails because she didn't like the color AFTER THEY HAD PAINTED EVERY NAIL and the women were nice about it still!! They really *get* what I want every time and recognize me when I go in. They are also super affordable and won't charge you insane amounts for a design. I recommend to everyone! And let me tell you I've had some pedi's done at spas where I paid $75 for them and didnt get that done. You get what you pay for! The most terrible service I've EVER HAD. Gf went in for a brow wax, LADY SPILLED HOT WAX INTO HER EYE. and then spilled more liquid into her eye so the wax wouldn't stick to her eyelashes. They still charged her full price. I went in to confront them about charging her at all, because they shouldn't have, and the lady I talked to continued to argue with me saying there was nothing she could do about it and refused to give me my money back. After arguing back and forth and threatening to file a report, the woman who spilled the wax gave me my money back from her own tips. When it should have came from the company, not the woman's tips. On top of all that, when I walked in, everyone was lounging in the pedicure chairs with their shoes off and paid no attention to the only other lady in the place. Decent pedicure... No complaints about how it turned out. I enjoyed the massage chair while I closed my eyes since SpongeBob was on their TV, and tried to relax and not look at their dirty floor... The technician sat at an empty spot and got on her phone and ate a snack when she was done with my pedicure, it was like I was interrupting her when I was ready to pay... This place is a butcher shop! They take off your nails by shoving a fake nail under it and ripping it off!! Wtf?? Who does that? So the nail tech, and I use the word loosely ripped my nail and made it bleed!! Then she had nerve to say, "oh your nails are so thin"..well they are now that you just butchered them!! I come in and look at the acrylic prices and say its 40 for a full set and all I wanted was a full set with a color nothing fancy. I ask how much it'll be and they say 70 and I push for 40 but we comprised at 50 but for short boxed nails. Very upset about it all tbh. The nails are super uneven coated and cut wise. I been coming here for almost two years now, most of the times I walk out happy, most of the times they are friendly, they have good prices, love the hot stones, the warm up neck wrap, they have good variety of nail polish colors, and the color on my toes always last a whole month. For every 10 pedicures they give you one free, for mother's day weekend I received a beutiful rose, they were giving one to every mom, that was a nice detail of them. Seems like they're always busy, the only thing that I would change is that sometimes is a little dusty, giving vacuum a little more often wouldn't hurt, but I definitely recommend this place, it's my favorite in the area and they make you feel comfortable. read more
