Just learned that they placed zip ties on my drive shaft. Went to valvoline after wondering what the sound under my car was, after deployment. My truck was leaking after I came in letting them know that it was leaking. I learned how to change my own oil on base after my experience with them. I guess they thought it was funny to mess with their customers. I will be sure to make a police report. My drain plug wasn't tightened enough and I had oil leaking for weeks I never had to worry about it because I pay 120 for an oil change and I expect a place that markets itself off being a professional oil change place would have thier lives together, I recently learned how to change my own oil check it and have my vehicle in the best condition it can be I reviewed this place badly a couple weeks ago and was done with it but when I went to change my own oil I had seen a purolator tech a cheap oil filter you can find on Amazon for 4$ at most on my vehicle which only supports 5k miles but on my sticker it was 20,000 miles between the next change, this infuriates me because I've been doing so much unknown damage to my 28,000$ nissian titian which I've been serving hard in the military to protect and pay it off, I just wish this place never existed and I would say go on the maps and do your research before going to a place that can't even do the bare minimum this place didn't just rob me but also did damage to my vehicle and I hope whoever is in management of the parts and people gets fired or goes through a training, teaching them what they need to do to run a good functional business, this place is cheap for a reason. They offer military discount, if you aren't in uniform show them some form of ID. They are very fast and positive, the pricing is very fair especially compared to local or corporate repair shops. I am a frequent customer of Scooters Coffee and Wendy's. I parked on the far left edge of the lot close to the street of this Plaza to enjoy my meal. 1 minute later a guy named Travis claiming to be the "assistant manager". Says I need to leave immediately and I'm not allowed to be here if I'm not a customer. So Disrespectful! This is how you treat Military and people supporting the economy of Junction City! Any chance of me supporting this business will never happen. And I would never recommend this location because of it. I would understand if there were people camping out over night or loitering for hours. But that was simply not the case. Just an asshole with a chip on his shoulder! read more

Got stuck using this place as a last resort to calibrate my interlock. Had it done here a couple times prior to this, but this is unacceptable. The old lady at the front couldn't help me with my interlock calibration bc she was the only one there and the kids in the shop didn't know hoe either. She told me to come back later that day and that the guy who calibrates them will be there later that afternoon. She told me it was no appt, first come first serve, as she spit her food all over the counter and picked at her teeth. I went back after work, they say they close at 5:30pm, I showed up at 5:07pm and she had locked the door and wouldnt let me in. She just shooed me off and waved her 104 year old arm for me to go away. She yelled thru the glass that "he was gone", meaning the only person with the mental capability to calibrate the interlock was gone when she told me he would be there this afternoon and they still had almost half an hour that they should have been open. Mother time then refused to open the door or speak to me, so I took a picture of the door sign that has the hours and a picture of her. This morning I called to see what time the interlock guy would be there, she recognized my voice apparently bc then she told me that I had to call later to make an appt...after she said it was first come first serve. so then she quickly covered her tracks and said the interlock guy has ten installs today he won't have time...and hung up on me. Clearly just bc it was me. I can't believe that old poor lady still is working at this place, but she is not well mentally,. she has no cognition, she can't hardly speak on the phone, she cant type on the phone or the computer, she makes everyone miserable no matter how polite you are or what you need. she is rude and if they are going to offer a service and provide a service for interlocks they need to do so. They signed up to provide that, if it was at wendys i would go to wendys, but unfortunately the only place close that does it is this horrible place. They arent even responsible enough to do their job, nobody ever there, can't handle anything mentally, this place is awful and the people there are going to get someone hurt. I have reported them to the interlock hr and will be making more calls bc theyre messing with peoples lives and legal affairs when they signed up to calibrate. I had to take off work twice and wasted my gas and time in over one hundred degree temperature, could have been fined and ruined the two years of probation etc that I have accomplished just bc theyre too stupid to do their job and move on. read more

It's very quick, staff is knowledgeable and always friendly and they always have The Office playing when you go in I've dropped in to ask a few questions and they still treat me wonderful. First time here, and also my last. The lady at the desk was rude. I was not impressed with the fact that they left my truck outside with the keys in the door. I mean yeah it's JC but still..pretend you care a little. Anyways, so came in, mechanic asked what I needed, I told him i needed an oil change, he asked for my keys and walked away. Didn't ask about oil preference or anything. Automatically put down for synthetic. After realizing, we had asked the lady to change to basic..she seemed annoyed that she had to get up and go tell them before they put the truck in the bay ( you know while it sat outside in the parking lot keys dangling from the door). Told me my tires were fine, when I know for a fact that I have a low tire issue. Eh. 40 minutes not bad of a wait. But the experience wasn't what I was looking for at all. The mechanics were nicer than the lady up front. That's the only good thing I can really say. * updated review * They changed my air filter out without telling me she showed me an air filter that was "mine" (but not mine because I don't use FRAM filters) saying it was dirty and needed to be changed. I said no thanks. Went to auto zone to get a new filter and you can imagine my surprise when it wasn't my air filter, but the one she had showed me. Never again. read more

Quick and easy oil change at the JC location. Around $40 for the basic service. Not bad at all. Will definitely use them again.

The only reason I am giving one star is because it will not let me give 0 stars. Took my car there for an oil change and brake inspection because the brakes were making a noise. I was told there was nothing wrong with the brakes. They said the pads were still 50% good and the rotors were fine. I picked the car up after hours and when I drove it home the noise was even worse. When I returned the next day the manager said it sounded like a warped rotor. I asked why I was told everything was fine and he said they would have had to do a road test to know this. I asked you to check the brakes and no road test is done? Really? They said it was a visual inspection. Took the car to the dealer and found out all pads and rotors needed replaced and the tire irons were loose. I would not recommend anyone take a vehicle to this place for any reason. read more

Husband took his car in for a minor repair and they damaged his door. To the point that it had to be forced open and it had an obvious dent. They completely denied the obvious new problem. We went to the police but decided not to go to court over it. We paid $500 through our insurance to get it fixed. They also did not complete the repair it went in for. This is something that happened to my car as well. I paid for a a few repairs and provide them with the parts I bought myself. After picking my car up. I saw in the back seat one of the parts I provide to them still in the box. After calling and informing them, they had me bring my car back and apologized. We should not have given them a second chance, which resulted in them damaging my husbands car but it was our mistake for going back to them. We are a young couple in the military and could barely afford the initial repair let alone fixing new body damage. They should be ashamed of themselves. read more
