We were referred to Juan and Xtreme Roofing. Juan came promptly, surveyed the damage, and provided an estimate (insurance did not pay for the roof, but they were great at covering the interior work). Not only was the estimate reasonable--as well as the final cost--but the work was done efficiently and on schedule. The insurance company then spent some time flying a drone over the finished work to verify satisfactory completion. (Some of the problems resulted from an improper installation of a plumbing drain vent [no flashing was used] during the original construction--26 years ago; other issues were simply age related in conjunction with poor drainage design.) We plan to have them come regularly to make sure everything remains waterproof and in good repair--we do not want to go through the destruction and renovation process again.

Matt and Ty, aside from being very friendly and courteous, are totally into safety. Being professionals, they know what a crane loaded with drywall can do to you. They cordoned off the entire site so as to prevent passerby's from entering, they also got me to "stay back" as they unloaded a large order. They used a dolly made for this purpose to distribute each specific drywall size in the correct quantity and room as per our instructions. We went to St. George to do a job, for a family member and decided to purchase materials in St. George, instead of hauling them from Salt Lake. BIG MISTAKE! Unfortunately, in the town of beautiful St. George there aren't many options for construction supplies. So, perhaps if you have NO OTHER OPTION, you might have to use this company. For this reason, we feel we should share our experience. So you, as an educated customer, can make sure you follow behind the people working here and make sure they do their job right. So, you don't get screwed. 1- This company makes you purchase corners and flats in separate packages. Not that unusual. But what makes it frustrating is they make you buy a certain square footage or linear footage of each. So, for example...you HAVE to buy 8 linear feet of corners, regardless of how much you need. And you HAVE to buy 110 square feet of flats, even if you only need 50 square feet. So, you are paying MORE for material than you really need. And, it's overpriced material at that. 2- They loaded the WRONG flats onto our truck. Period. We didn't notice that the flats were wrong until halfway through the fireplace we were doing, and the corners and flats were different colors...which wasn't apparent until after they were on the wall. 3- When we went back to return the WRONG stone that THEY loaded on our truck, we were treated like idiots. "Oh, you didn't check your material to make sure it was right." Excuse me? Sure, you can place some blame on us, but ultimately, it was THEIR fault they loaded our truck with the wrong material to begin with! Why would we ever suspect it was wrong? We have NEVER had this happen in all our years of masonry. Never. We were inconveniencing them, they offered no compensation for their mistake, not even an apology. Luckily, they did return the wrong stone, and gave us the proper stone. But, it was not done without huge amounts of trouble and attitude. Our point is not to get some forklift driver in trouble. Mistakes happen, we understand that. Our problem is, this company has NO customer service skills. The customer is never right, and we're all idiots. I suspect that this attitude stems from the fact that, if you want certain stone, and they are the only one's in town who have it, you'll just have to deal with getting treated like garbage. What choice do you have? Well, if you have another option...even if you have to drive to Cedar, Vegas, or Salt Lake...you should do it. Shame on them for running a business this way. And if you do decide to use them, make sure you do THEIR job for them and double check your materials (that THEY loaded) BEFORE you leave the premises.

The biggest red flag was that the guy, was SOO EAGER for the sale and contract to be signed. Family member said I would like a day to go through the contract and make sure everything is good. He said, well I don't want to write up the contract if you're not going through with it. Red flag! The sales guy told family member that it has 50 yrs warranty. Tried telling family member a quote for 25k. Sales guy then calls the boss, " Hey man here with "family member" wondering if they can get a better deal! He's big on honesty and we spoke man to man". The boss then quoted 16k bc apparently there's 2 more jobs being done in the area, so it saves them a little. Well of course my family member is smart (also works in sales). Used chat gpt to help break down the contract! Chat gpt of course pointed out everything wrong with the contract. Warranty is good for only 1 year! Family member called Sales guy back and said that he's very disappointed bc sales guy lied. Sales guy then of course started talking out his ass. "This is just the way I was thought. Not really sure on the verbiage used in the contract." If you don't fully understand your contract, don't sell Shit!! Sales guy calls gm, gm calls family member. Off hand started YELLING at family member, being so disrespectful. Wouldn't let family member speak. Then hung up, just hung up in the middle of trying to work it out. The company is obviously so bad. But their "tactics" to try and sell their damn windows is just awful and a trap. They were there from 6p-10p just pushing to get the contract signed. There's very little "breathing" room to fully read the contract and to back out if wanted. They're pushy, don't know how to take no, and very rude!! Please save your time and energy! Do not use Dabellas for windows!!

Their pricing is astronomical and they definitely engage in high pressure sales tactics. It's a shame this is how they choose to do business. I can only imagine how many people they've coerced into agreements using this method.
