The person in the rink was a pleasant funny guy checking make sure everyone was ok. *And No there is no refunds! How can a business survive in Cali refunding money, not possible. Plus the tickets were cheap and included skates. We had a great time kids didn't want to leave. It's in a perfect location, we headed to the wharf then luck and shopping after skating. They sell drinks and snacks where you check in. Will definitely buy tickets again and take pictures.

Totally empty on a Saturday afternoon, but we rode it for a few hours and had a blast. Looks can be deceiving! Fun, but no really good lines, set up in an amateurish way. Nothing interesting at all.
