The communication was awful with the female advisor when I took my car in for service on the engine. They had my car for 5 days and she never once called me, even after she told me she would. I tried to complain but the service manager was never available. My score is based on two out of three. I really wanted to give a 3.5. The quick service for maintenance is awesome. The primary service department need to take notes from them.

We have attached a photograph of an actual instrument cluster of a van Longwood is currently advertising. If you zoom in on the photo you will see it is an aftermarket speedometer bolted in with 4 bolts. It is not the factory original gauge that came with the van. We estimate that this van has closer to a half a million miles rather than the 135,707 they claim.
