Keep in mind Jeep emailed me saying they were unable to fix my truck as the wire harness that i needed was no longer made by Jeep. Sent me a bill and asked me to come pick my broken un drivable truck up after being in their shop for a whole month. I got my truck to Tune up specialty and my truck was fixed in 1 week! To begin, I came in a few days back to get 2 news tires and an alignment. They took longer than they said they would, and before checking out my car I had to pay and sign. Soon after my appointment with them I noticed a big scratch on one of the rims (that are relatively new and definitely wasn't there before) and that my car when driving it still had the same drift to the right that it had before the alignment. So today I came back in to point out the scratch and mention the alignment didn't work. I went in today to mention the scratch and alignment issue, and the same big guy got super offended and instantly started to be very rude and told me "don't come in here doing that". Then he offered to check the alignment (which he is contractually obligated to do anyway) and had me give him my keys. I was on a very tight schedule and when I noticed many other customers there I had the feeling it would be a long wait and I didn't really want them touching my car again after further consideration. So I came back out after 20 or so minutes and asked for my keys from the same miserable dude who accused me of just coming in to blame him for my rims and I didnt even care that my car couldn't move straight. Mind you I wasn't sure what they did with them and his unqualified team also couldn't do the alignment right. I then made it clear to him that I wasn't sure about what they did with the rims and that I had a very busy day (which I'm taking time out of because this place is so awful) so I wouldn't have any time to wait for them to do the alignment as they hadn't even taken my car back yet. When I asked for my keys back a second time he straight up said "I don't wanna help you anyways" and I got them back and headed out the door. The carelessness is one thing but how rude the front desk guy was is a whole different thing on top of it which made for an awful experience. Please don't bring your car here.

I decided to go talk to the folks at Florida Shores Truck Center who are just a few miles from my home - after speaking with Ed Aldridge, the president of the company and their parts department they really put my mind at ease, they identified the issue using only the information I provided since I did not drive my RV in on my initial visit, they ordered the OEM replacement part and told me once the part arrived we could schedule the installation without me having to leave my coach and that the work would be completed while I wait in only a few hours. This company is staffed with competent professionals, as discussed the part was ordered and checked again the next business day to ensure it was correct prior to scheduling the work. I arrived at a time that was convenient to me and I was greeted at the time of my appointment and after a short review of the process the mechanic started the work. This team took extreme care with my MotorCoach ensuring the installation was executed correctly and took extra time too ensure the part was operating properly and there were no air leaks - they were upfront with the pricing for the part from Freightliner and accurately quoted the installation time so there were absolutely no surprises. Until now I had no idea of how capable and trusted these guys are in the Trucking and RV community, it was nice to see that they service national carriers as well as local municipalities and all brands of RV chassises.
