He was extremely helpful and understood what I was needing, as I go to freshwater and saltwater with my kayak. He turned me on to another brand that they carry called Yacht Club. I got the WCA112, and let me tell you, it's the bees knees. All aluminum, so it's really light, but also tows really well. Easy to backup, and what's even better, the way the bunks came stock, I didn't have to change anything. I was able to slide my kayak right on top of it, and have no issues what-so-ever. Jimmy was not only helpful on the needs of my situation, but he understood budget and not only aligned me with a great product, but it's priced right!
