It looks like the staff has a great relationship with each other. It seems like a friendly environment but if you're a travel nurse you might have some trouble fitting in. However, I had a great travel nurse take care of me. I was finally seen by a doctor named Christina Hernandez. She ordered a lot of exams to try and figure out what was wrong with me. Unfortunately we did not find a solution but she did recommend I follow up with a specialist. I give this place 5 stars because this medical team helped me feel better in a time of need with great service and compassion Although I did not get a solution I was satisfied with the effort I was given. Thank you !! If I ever feel sick I will definitely come back or recommend others to visit this hospital ! (P.S keep some cranberry juice in stock lol)

One girl who had arrived around the same time as me had completely given up and was asleep on the floor. I had already passed out before getting there due to severe dehydration and illness, which is why I was brought in by ambulance in the first place. I came in dealing with intense vomiting, diarrhea, dehydration, and extreme weakness. Given how serious my condition was, the care I received was incredibly disappointing. After my IV was placed, I was not properly monitored, and the IV tubing ended up filling with my blood. This caused me to pass out again, making an already frightening situation even more traumatic. It was nearly impossible to get anyone's attention when I needed help. My fiancé and I would stop doctors and nurses passing by to ask for assistance, only to be told we needed to wait for our assigned nurse or they would simply look confused and walk away without helping. That was absolutely unbelievable. After getting sick and having severe diarrhea, no one offered assistance, not even something as simple as wipes. I ended up sitting in soiled clothes for almost two hours until my fiancé had to ask a security guard to watch me so he could run to the car and grab clean clothes. Trying to get more IV fluids felt like pulling teeth, and several staff members were unnecessarily rude to my fiancé, even though he was just trying to help me. I spent about four hours stuck in an uncomfortable wheelchair while feeling incredibly weak and sick. At one point, I was so desperate for help that I was begging my fiancé to take me somewhere else. Accessibility was another major issue. None of the doors, including the bathroom doors, had handicap accessible buttons, so every trip to the restroom was a struggle for both me and my fiancé. I will say the doctor I saw was kind and professional, and I appreciated that. Unfortunately, that was one of the only positives. The emergency bed was uncomfortable, the blankets were thin, and the entire hospital felt freezing. To make matters worse, when I was finally discharged around midnight, no one even offered a wheelchair to help me get to the car despite knowing how weak I was. I had to slowly walk, hunched over and barely able to support myself, while my fiancé helped me every step of the way. At that point, I just wanted to get out of there. Overall, this was one of the worst ER experiences I've ever had. The ambulance staff were far more compassionate and helpful than most of the ER staff. If I could give zero stars, I would. I was just passing through on a road trip and never expected to be treated this poorly. No patient especially one arriving by ambulance after losing consciousness should feel ignored, humiliated, or left without basic care

Her last one was a success to remove tumor in jun 2021. The home health team of occupational therapist Alissa, Stacey, her physical therapist Alex, speech therapist Andrea and nursing staff Alyce, Hersey and Anita all were all just absolutely incredible with my mother. My mother went from bed bound to walking with a walker and doing more day to day activities for herself. This journey has been a miracle and we are excited to see more independence for my mother as she now will be going to an outpatient program. A big thank you too to our amazing caregiver Denise Banuelos who has been along my side since September. Mom would not have made these amazing strives without your loving heart and dedication to her recovery. Thank you for being you. You are one of a kind. And thank you for continuing this journey with us until mom becomes independent. Thank you all for being part of this journey with mom and our family. We are grateful for you all.

The VA suggested a few partners and we landed with the most amazing team. Brandy and Jose were our two primary nursing providers. They were both incredibly patient and respectful with my Dad. They did a great job explaining what they were doing and why. They frequently checked in (in person, text, and calls) asking for status updates. If supplies or medication was needed, it would be delivered, in some cases couriered in a couple hours. Additionally, they did an incredible job supporting the rest of the family. Asking how I was doing, was I giving myself permission for self care, and more. They made it possible for me to juggle working and family without doubt. We also had a fabulous support team with Lisa and Beverly who walked us through so many technical questions - who to contact for additional caregiver hours, questions regarding estate and banking info, VA bottlenecks, mortuary and service information, and so much more. Every person on our Uni Care team went above and beyond. Each person was so incredibly talented in their roles. They were so instrumental in making my Dad's end safe, dignified, and peaceful. I will be forever grateful for all their support. If you are in a position where you need hospice care for a loved one, I will recommend this team every time.
