Dustin came yesterday morning soon after I spoke with Michelle in the office. He is an exceptional plumber and a nice guy. He assessed the situation, explained what had to be done, warned me that he might have to open the wall and started the project. I swear he was done in less than 20 minutes. He did not have to open the wall and placed a new valve on the pipe. It's perfect. I did laundry last night and it was a pleasure that everything was perfect. He was very responsive to calls & texts, and thorough in his work. Turned out, I purchased a piece of junk for a water softener. So I had to call him back to fix a leak in the system.
