Came here to see a comedy battle and it actually was a really really fun time! The cool thing about this location is that there is a complete smoke shop in the front and then there's some double doors you can go through to get to the lounge. Or you can do it kind of speakeasy style and go through a side door. I honestly didn't know where to go cause this was my first time here, so I went through the store. They have a full bar, pretty nice restrooms, a nice stage, and very comfortable leather chairs and couches spread throughout. The back couches are reserved for people who will be purchasing hookah, and they also have a waitress who will get your drink orders for you while you're seated. The DJ was really great, comics were effing hilarious, and all in all it was a great night. read more

Let me just say...it's AMAZING! nice and chill atmosphere, the remodel they did with the lounge is so nice and sophisticated looking. They have a small stage for live music, and great deals. The staff is extremely friendly. Good place to get tobacco pipes or lighters.Staff is very friendly and willing to help you and greet you but I do not like that they scan your license, this days you never know if your information is being stolen. Rated four stars only for the scanning your license even though they explained it to me and were nice about it, I think it is just as easy to look at it and figure out how old you are just like when you buy alcohol at the store. Their sales people do not know about the products they sell, and instead of saying they don't know they lie and sell you a product that you think is one thing but really isn't. Then you notice they sell said product directly from the manufacturer for over $100 less than what you bought it from Pipedreams for. WORST FUCKING OWNER/OPERATOR EVER! The coworkers were on point though. Very polite, very nice and helpful. The "owner" if that's even him should learn a thing or two from them. Basically I Purchased an X2O Shiva $130 vape pen which might I add is $60 moreeeeeeeee than if you bought it online so RIPE OFF!. I went home tried it and it didn't work so I go in less than 24 hours after my shift to see what exchange or refund I can receive. The coworker (Brianna) informed me all sales were final so I understood that. So when the coworker told the "owner" what the issue was he looked at me and asked what the issue was. I informed him that that was the issue. I informed him I purchased an $130 item and it doesn't work. I used to frequent this and the other Pipe Dreams locations, and the one thing I loved was the local Hippie vibe. It's gone now. I walked in today to be greeted by a sullen fellow who could only be bothered to postpone his phone conversation long enough to check my daughters' ID. After that, we were on our own. Want to know a price? Might as well use the force because that creepy guy at the front is all the help you're getting. Looking for something in particular? THIS is the place you go to remind yourself of the joys of online shopping. This place has potential but is not taking advantage of a good location and product selection. It's never busy , I've never seen more than one person in there when I go. I stop by occasionally to get a vape products and used to get Kratom, it's over priced and the staff are not very customer oriented, the girls that work there are nice and try but they seem new and unsure of the products. The guy there is rude, no personality. I'll probably still stop in on an occasion since I Drive by there everyday. With the right manager it could be a gold mine, they have a vape lounge but I've never gone in there, it's not very publicized. The woman who has been working the last few times I've been here was extremely rude. When I walked in with my boyfriend last week, we smiled and said hello, just being polite, while we handed out our ids. She snatched them from our hand, looked at them with a nasty look, then walked away and continued talking on her phone with speaker. I bought the mystifire on 2/21/18. I asked the clerk if all the peices were there and it worked. He said yes. 2 herb holders were missing. The heat dial was broken and we had to fix it ourselves because Pipe Dreams has a no return buy at your own risk policy and wont give you a receipt. No matter what. They sold me broken stock and when I called to ask for a reciept they repeated their policy, blamed me, told me to have a good day and hung up. They are not the only smoke shop. They clearly dont want business from people who expect a store to sell quality working merchandise. read more

This place is very uninviting. When's u walk in you are greeted by a woman with no personality and lacking any kind of speech skills. After presenting my ID, I walked a few feet and was greeted by a tall scraggly looking man who personality seemed a little morbid. After a few seconds in the store, I noticed that the creepy man was starring at me, and not just a look like a representative would, more like 'if I steal anything, I'll see you' kinda look. So I keep looking around, making conversation with my partner, and noticed the man was still following us, watching our every move. This was making me very uncomfortable! So after noticing the low quality product that was completely over priced, my partner and I take a quick loop around the store, and I decided to leave! Store full of garbage. I have been shopping at pipe dreams for years but I have to agree with the other poster about the awful attitude of the new owners. I used to always be able to find what I need there with friendly service and decent prices and a kind hippy vibe. There was always knowledgeable staff there to help and talk to about what ever you need. All of that is gone now and my last few visits here have not been good. The store may be neat and organized now with huge inventory but it is all junk!!!! No sophisticated simple pieces it all looks like imported novelty over priced garbage like you would find in a dump!!!! A huge store full of badly made pipes. Clearly the new owners don't have a clue what they are doing. Not everyone want to smoke out of some huge monstrous badly blown glass piece that has some monstrous design on it. I was in yesterday to buy another piece I had gotten there 2 months ago . It's a simple, standard popular type item I have always been able to find there over the years. Well they did not have it. Went to get a new e-cig and noticed these weird cages out front and heard a weird banging coming from them. It was turtles! Big ones! Did not know it was legal to have them. Their cages were horrible. wires and pipes sticking out that could slice their skin, water with mold all on it and one turtle did not even have water! I watched one desperately trying to get out and two that were fighting over a weed because they had no food. It was very sad. Decided not to buy anything from this place!
