TVs are set up in good locations on both sides of the lounge making it easy to watch your favorite programs, and chairs are placed across from another making for great opportunity to converse with each other. Their selection of cigars is phenomenal and at decent and fair prices with a wide variation of brand names and even some selections of cigars that can be hard to find including some PCA exclusives. At Stairway, though, I talked to the owners at length, and I can honestly say that they are the most knowledgeable and helpful smoke shop employees that I have come across in quite some time! They have extensive experience and expertise in all of the merchandise they sell. They both were welcoming and provided excellent customer service. I was confident that I was in good hands almost immediately. On top of the amazing staff members, the wide selection of merchandise is not only high quality, it is also affordable! The prices are the best in the area. Because of my rapidly growing vape collection, it is becoming difficult to find a shop that has all of the coils that I need in stock. Or you can do it kind of speakeasy style and go through a side door. I honestly didn't know where to go cause this was my first time here, so I went through the store. They have a full bar, pretty nice restrooms, a nice stage, and very comfortable leather chairs and couches spread throughout. The back couches are reserved for people who will be purchasing hookah, and they also have a waitress who will get your drink orders for you while you're seated. The DJ was really great, comics were effing hilarious, and all in all it was a great night.

Mine constantly acted as if something were stuck and wouldn't let me suck. I would have to take it off of the battery and try to blow air through either end. This was almost immediately after my first use. I wasn't sure if it was the battery that i had also bought from them but i tested the battery with other branded vapes and it works just fine. What I have found extremely useful is their app and maybe not in a way that you might be using it. When I travel, read, or otherwise am in the mood for something, I will add it to my favorites list in the app. I have noticed I can do that at least for some things that aren't even available at Total Wine & More. Then, when I do go here I can reference the list to get the one or two things I want to try or restock and I know exactly which Aisle and Bay they are at. I sometimes even scan the "Not Available" in the list at other stores to see if I can grab that unique find - like the Samuel Adams Utopias 2025 that seemed to be a ghost for all of Florida. Anyway... pricing seems fair, but at least for me, the "ease of use" makes Total Wine & More a five star experience.
