I'm shy but enjoyed their input. Their prices are actually a bit lower than everything else in the area. A lot of head shops up charge to heaven and back, this one seems pretty reasonable. It seemed like it was becoming a trend to ask for help in a smoke shop and get a blank stare for an answer. At Stairway, though, I talked to the owners at length, and I can honestly say that they are the most knowledgeable and helpful smoke shop employees that I have come across in quite some time! They have extensive experience and expertise in all of the merchandise they sell. They both were welcoming and provided excellent customer service. I was confident that I was in good hands almost immediately. On top of the amazing staff members, the wide selection of merchandise is not only high quality, it is also affordable! The prices are the best in the area. Because of my rapidly growing vape collection, it is becoming difficult to find a shop that has all of the coils that I need in stock. So when I discovered that Stairway literally had every single one, I couldn't believe it. This is definitely my new go-to smoke shop! DJ, the owner, has a cool vibe, which gives the whole place a chill atmosphere. And he knows his products and was easy to talk to and ask questions about them. The place is open late and there's a good variety of top quality products, and more to come. Overall, I had a very pleasant visit. I haven't been in many smoke shops, but this is definitely the best one I've been in. Oh, and the prices are reasonable.
