We ordered a pizza with sausage on the whole thing and sausage/mushroom on half along with an apple and two other meals. When the pizza came out-it had sausage and mushrooms on the entire pizza. I told the woman (who I later found out was the owner, Jessie) that it was supposed to only have mushroom on half. She said-well we can remake it, but it will take a while because we have other pizza orders-can't you just pick it off? I asked if we could have a discount because it was wrong and she got snippy and said she would remake it and we would get it in 45 minutes. I told her it was fine, and we would just pick it off. There was literally no apology from her for it being wrong. A man did come out and apologize for reading the ticket wrong and I told him it was totally fine. Then our server came out and said she needed a card on file and she forgot since we were outside. (Don't worry, Jessie, I'm still going to pay for my messed up order.) I don't understand why Jessie didn't at least apologize and also why couldn't she put our correct pizza in before the others? They messed up our pizza-but we're the problem? Everyone else was great-but as a business owner, I would think she could do better. Business may be good for the holiday weekend right now, but what about this winter when no one is coming in? She will wish she had been more gracious about their mistake. And before anyone says it may have been my mistake-the server confirmed it twice-once before she put it in and once afterwards.
