Was not a hard choice to try this one out. The store is new and clean. Staff is friendly and polite. One thinG I like Wii's this store is the phone app they have. Sure this place doors not has everything that Sams Club or COSTCO but they have some different items the other two don't have. If you are in the area I would consider getting a membership here. Went in a couple times and the garbage at the front door was spilling over on the floor. Their produce leaves a lot to be desired, there is always bad produce and their stock rotation is very bad. I have called corporate several times, am always told there will be a follow up call, there never is. I was told I would get a $20 gift card, that was sent to my email, shocker, never got it even though they said it was sent. I keep my membership for convenience and we do have their credit card. However, it's time for renewal and may pass this time around. Do better BJs.

I tried to get glasses at this location and was unable to. The optometrist mentioned her staff had…read moreall called in sick and struggled with my right eye measurement eventually landing on a prescription. I chose my frames and came back when they were ready. I tried them on and mentioned blurry vision in my right eye. The tech said eyes work in pairs and said it was normal. I maintained that something was wrong. She suggested I talk to the optometrist which I agreed. The optometrist had gone home for the day. I then left without taking the glasses thinking it would be easier to process a return if I never accepted defective goods because technically they were already paid. I came back when the optometrist was available. She never checked my eyes and sent me back to the techs. After telling them my vision was still blurry in my right eye they suggested processing a return. While processing the return I found notes left by the original tech that weren't exactly accurate that didn't exactly describe me in a favorable light. Everyone I encountered seemed a bit overworked and unprofessional. At a different location I even witnessed a tech yell at a customer saying "you have to use your phone to check in dear! Phones... they really are the way of the future!" I was cordial, I never cut anyone off. I communicated what I was seeing. I was nothing but respectful the entire time. I decided on a complete return only after they suggested it. I will not be buying glasses from Costco in the future. It's clear they don't pay or appreciate their staff enough for them to care and get something done right.

You know you're old when you get excited about going to a market…read more I'm going to start off strong and rate them a five but technically it's maybe a 4.5; wish that maybe was a little bit more helpful at least asking if there's anything that I need let me know type vibe - But it's also okay because it does go both ways and if I had a question I could have just asked to So I'm not downing the star. I don't know why I was so nervous when I went I didn't want to take any pictures - I didn't want to come off weird. But anyways I was so happy to go exploring; this will only be my second time going to an Asian market - this one compared to the previous one the smell wasn't so strong when you first came through the door. I'm pretty sure it's flash frozen at its peak and they don't have slices they literally have the whole fish.
