I have called three times and filed a claim but never heard back. I finally spoke with someone who promised they would send me an email with a link to the service calendar so I could schedule a repair appointment. I never received that email. They do nothing but lie and procrastinate. I will be filing in small claims court and registering a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I will also post online reviews anywhere and everywhere that I can.

This store located in Quakertown is so big, and such a great selection of colors and sizes, not like the Ashley Furniture down the street which everything was all the same. They will promise you a delivery time that they can not or will not adhere to. They will fudge you over twice before you can say "Bob is my uncle!" The prices at Liberty are very reasonable and the staff are super friendly. There is more than enough parking in front of the store. It would be a difficult task to exit empty handed here.
