Worst internet customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered an item from them and called repeatedly to inquire where it was. Receptionist that answered phone would take my name and number and said someone will call back. No one ever did despite 10+ calls. Finally canceled item two weeks ago and they haven't refunded me. I have filed a claim with paypal and will let them handle it. Only order from them if you enjoy spending hours trying to fine out where the item is. read more

Worst customer service ever! I ordered my stuff online and it said it would be here in 4-6 weeks. After 4 weeks I kept calling and they would just take my name and phone number and never call me back. I even e-mailed them and no reply. Finally at 6 weeks I was pretty upset so someone finally helped me. Turned out all the items I ordered were discontinued and no one bothered to let me know. I ordered sheets from Pippin McGee's website and received the order over 1 month later after multiple voicemails and e-mails (that were never returned until the 4th one). I also never received tracking information or any e-mail explaining why my order was taking so long. When I finally did get someone on the phone, the person had no idea how the website was ran and said that the lady who ran it was on vacation. Also, when I tried to get to the website throughout this entire ordeal to track my order, the website was down (for weeks on end). Overall, I will never order anything from this company and I am very disappointed in how this company is ran, their lack of professionalism and customer service. read more

I only gave one star because giving no stars was not an option!! In October 9, 2010 I ordered a crib, dresser, hutch and chest of drawers for our nursery. We were told that we would recieve the merchandise in about 4 to 6 weeks. On the invoice that i have it states that the estimated delivery date was 12/04/10. By Christmas I still had not recieved the furniture and had not heard from them so i called and was told that one of the peices had come in and the other peices should be there in about a week. I waited about 2 more weeks and still no furniture or had we heard from anyone. Me and my husband went in the store on a Saturday to pick up the peice that we were told had come in and to our suprise they said that none of the peices were in yet, but they should be in soon. By this time it is the middle of january and still no furniture. We waited a few weeks and still no word from anyone on were our furniture was. We started calling every week and our sales rep would never call us back and let us know what was going on. This went on till Febuary of 2011 when our furniture finally came in and was delivered to our home. The dresser that they delivered was damaged! Being very fustrated that it took so long to get it and now we get a damaged dresser we expresed our concerns with them once again. We are told they will order us a new dresser. About 1 month later they delivered the new dresser and it was damaged worse than the one we already had. We are told they will send that one back and order us a new one. We are really upset with everything that has taken place thus far but are trying to deal with it and be as patient as possible as we await the arrival of our daughter at the begining of April. While all this is taking place we also ordered two rockers which came in in a timely manner but both of them were defective. Both not rocking correctley and the back of one of the rockers would not snap down into place leaving big gaps between the cusion and arm rest. I expressed my concerns with Pippen Mcgee, this time with the owner, and she assured me that it would get taken care of ASAP. I also discussed the damaged dresser and she told me that the 2nd replacment dresser would be delivered in the next week. They so say ordered new parts for the rockers and took them to be "fixed" at their store. They returned the rockers within hours and it did not seem like they touched one of them, in fact it is worse than it was before. The other still not rocking correctley. It is now the middle of April, I have had my baby, still no dresser and both my rockers are defective!! I continue to call the store and ask for the owner numerouse times. I have spoke with her husband numerouse times also who every time promises me she will return my call ASAP. I even went over to Pippen McGee and spoke with an employee and watched her write a note for the owner to call me back saying it was extremely important and still no word and it is almost july! I warned with a complaint to the BBB and an attorney to her husband and still no call. I have at LEAST attempted to contact the owner on 10 different occasions and still no call. At this point they are clearly trying to avoid me hoping i will forget about all of this non sense. This is not the way to run a buisness!! read more

they do not even deserve the one star, but had no other option. they have the worst service that i have ever recieved. i am all about supporting local bussiness but i should have know better. the sales associae knew nothing about products and teling me that i could not get what i wanted when i knew it was avalable. then four monts (and counting)later have yet to recieve my bed. excusse after excuss, AND THE OWNER KIM CROUCHET IS THE WORST FOR EXCUSSES AND NOT RETURNNING YOUR PHONE CALL EVER!! or any one else that works at the store. so i ewnt in to get a refund on the bed i bought and Kim told us no. what? really! so i have to wait another two weeks and see if it comes in? so BUYER BEWARE!
