First time using this company but will definitely use them again and have already recommended them to friends. I found them through Yelp but knew nobody personally who had used them so I was nervous. I was responsible for arranging the transportation for our group for a trip to the airport for an international wedding. Lots of luggage plus the wedding dress. My email quote request was responded to quickly as were subsequent questions. Communication was top notch through the booking, confirmation and the trip itself. The driver was very helpful and polite and a good driver! I've been in cars where the drivers are reckless so I appreciate a safe driver! As a business owner, I did all I could to resolve this without having to share this review but here we are. Seems like I'm the exception but make sure you read the bad reviews first and most important, ask that they send you up to date photos on the vehicle you're requesting. The only compliment I have is about the driver who was very pleasant and friendly. I booked a navigator limo for our wedding last Friday to pick up the guys from the house and send them to the reception. I would not be riding in the limo until after the ceremony so it wasn't until then that I saw what they sent. Again this was for our WEDDING. The vehicle was disgusting. Old, dirty, dent on the driver's side, rusted coolers for drinks and it had a foul odor. This was obviously not something I could fix as it was already the day of. So I contacted them a few days later to address the fact that we were beyond embarrassed at our wedding from the filth they sent. After the nerve of charging $1180 for that crap box, their resolution was a $150 refund. They can respond all they want to this but at the end of the day, this is why we write reviews. To share OUR experience. Bottom line, there are so many other places with newer, cleaner vehicles for less. Book them first before wasting your money here. read more

Walter, our driver was the best I've ridden with in a very long time. An accident on Northern State Parkway tied up traffic terribly, but Walter's knowledge of alternate routes got us to our destination in time. The best part is that he drove 100% safely the whole time. I could not have asked for better service. read more

This was my first time using Executive Limo. They are located in Bellmore right by the train station. I first was emailed with Crissie and John, who were tremendously helpful right from the beginning. I wanted to set up a Wine Tour for my birthday. I went in one weekend and met with John. He showed me the vehicle I was interested in and then we set up the reservation. They required a deposit. It was all pretty quick. We covered all grounds; that the vehicle was reserved just for us, the amount per person, gratuity was not included, overtime charges, etc. I received a call the day before confirming our reservation and it was correct. We did the Chardonnay Package; which was $140/person and included tastings at 3 vineyards, 8 hours of service and lunch. The lunch was actually very good and fresh. We chose Baiting Hollow, Ospreys and then Vineyard 48. The day of, the pickup time was 11am but our driver (Suresh) arrived early 10:45am. This was so helpful so we could load all over goodies into the vehicle. It was clean, stocked with ice, plastic cups and had the AC one high. Suresh even had an aux cable for us to plug our phone in to play music. We were on a schedule (and lucked out with traffic) that all 3 vineyards we had scheduled were accommodating and we even arrived on schedule to each. Tastings were included and you were able to chose which you wanted to try. Only negative with the vineyards was that they do not reserve a "table" for you - so when we wanted to eat our lunch at the second vineyard there were no tables available. We eventually found one, but for a group of 17 people and 1 picnic table, it was tight. Just keep that in mind during peak season. At the last vineyard we were all having a great time and asked Suresh if we could extend and pay 1 hour overtime. We had to stop on the way home to use a bathroom that made us go a little over our over time. However, I called the office and John was very accommodating and understanding of the situation. We all had a fantastic time. The vehicle was in good condition, AC worked, music worked, great service from beginning to end. If you are renting a bus, request Suresh. I will definitely be using Executive in the near future. read more

I couldn't have been any more disappointed when a dirty white limo came to pick us up for my sons wedding. There were speckles of mud splashed all over the back of the car. Owner said the pipes freeze on their water source so they are unable to wash the cars for an early pick up. That makes no sense, fix the problem then. I would not recommend read more

From the first phone call to the final drop off this company was perfect! We booked for July 4th with 6 adults and 2 children. There was constant confirmation throughout the days before the event. Haji (sp?) was our afternoon driver. He was a pure gentleman, so professional and terrific with the kids. The car was immaculate and comfortable. The return from LIC to Long Island could have become very complicated due to the difficult pick up location. (After the Macys fireworks display by the East River. ) Our driver,Tom, was in constant contact with us to establish a safe pick up point. We met safely and he was extremely caring and accommodating. The traffic was horrendous but he made us feel welcome and secure. I HIGHLY-recommend this company!!!! read more

I would NOT use this company ever again. We rented a party bus for the day with Executive Limousine for 30 people to take us to vineyards in Long Island. The sound system didn't work the whole day and when asked for a partial refund the company refused and said "It's a done deal". If we had wanted a regular bus we would've rented something cheaper but the whole point of a party bus is to have music. The team did nothing to help us out. read more

I have used Executive Limousine to get to and from the city and to the airport many times although this is the first review I have posted for them. It all starts with the owner, Doug. He runs a tight ship as our service has been fantastic on every trip even when traffic has been a nightmare. The cars are very nice and spacious and the drivers are fantastic and very attentive. There are 100's of limousine service options in Long Island and in the city, but I would highly recommend you give Executive a try as they are great and the pricing is affordable compared to other limousine companies in the area. read more
