I have never waited more than 5 minutes for an appointment and with serious complaints, I have been able to get in same day. Everyone in the office treats me with unconditional positive regard. Dr. Garrett is attentive and jovial and genuinely concerned with every complaint I have ever brought to him, eager to help me seek resolutions. I will never see another doctor.

i have been seeing this DR. for awhile now. in my opinion he takes the "refer me to someone else…read morerole" to the max! like all primary care doctors , he is just there as a figure head!! he is yet to actually examine me !! the yearly physical is a joke!! every time i voice a health concern , he tries to refer me to some other doctor! he has never touched me other than a handshake. his greetings , weird pleasantries remind me of a forced , not funny tv skit!! i tried to talk to him/ his staff about the colon cancer blood test. i was told it was not accurate in my case , that i need another colonoscopy. i live alone, no relatives or friends here so no one to take responsibility for medical procedures. the next day i receive an email that a cologard home test kit is being sent to me!! when i called office , i am read back their notes from previous call, which made no sense! then i am told to just ignore the test! wasted money!! then i am told i can get a medical procedure with no one with me ,through my insurance ride program, which is wrong!! i have tried and tried!! i can get a taxi, Ubber , etc.,, on my own! the " nurse" , i use that term loosely argued that they do it all the time!! any facility doing medical procedures wants a person to be responsible for the patient!! it relieves them of responsibility in case of something going wrong after the procedure!! this "nurse would not accept this ", basically hung up on me when i tried to tell her that she is wrong!! false pleasantries, lack of knowledge, poor service and piss poor attitudes do not make a good "medical practice"!!

Let me tell you I've found a 5 star Doctor!…read more Dr Feaster was recommended to me as a I was looking for a new Primary care doctor. Her office is private practice and the hours are from 7am - 3pm. While she doesn't stay late I don't mind because I love early morning appt. Her staff was very friendly and I mean it. No robotic like or long faces. They weren't in a hurry and really helped with my questions about the paperwork. Dr Feaster is very thorough and hands on Doctor. She explained in detail and ask questions as if she was making sure to find the right treatment for me including some referrals. She connects with you eye to eye and hand to body and did not rush the process in a hurry to get to the next patient. I'm am beyond pleased with her and haven't had a doctor like her in like never.

Was suppose to get Medicare yearly physical. Needed blood work. I called at 8:05 am to be told by…read morean answering service that the office hours were between 8 and 4 but I could leave a message and they would get back to me. I had scheduled my blood work at 9:40 in the same building. I thought that because I'd called that they would have the appropriate requisition. I got there and was told to sign in and wait. My appointment was in ten minutes, across the hall. I tried to explain I needed the reqisition. She told me to sign in and take a seat. I went over to my appointment for bloodwork and they told me they couldn't do it without the requisition. I decided that if I ever got sick and need their help it wouldn't be worth the trouble. won't be going back!

The office staff is neither welcoming or helpful. I am 84 years old and missed some appointments…read moredue to my dementia. While making one future appointment, I asked that I receive a reminder about the appointment, which they did almost immediately for an appointment weeks away. Such mean spirited behavior. And on the appointment cards is clearly says the there will be a $25 fee for missed appointments. On my appointment cards staff crossed out the $25 and replaced it with $50 for each missed appointment. Tasha, the Nurse Practitioner is excellent. Just wish staff was welcoming and kinder.
