The next day a nice person contacted me asked me what the issue was and at that point I was then transferred to an office manager by the name of Kristen Dorman (the doctor's wife)? I politely introduced myself at which time she then verbally started to harass me and told me I do not need to speak, you do not like what I am telling you and on and on. I kept saying please do not speak to me this way it is not necessary, please stop being verbally abusive to me, again a threating response of "well I will disregard you" and my rudeness is not illegal? The next day I received an email stating that my September 2025 appointment was canceled, and I was discharged from the practice? I have left several messages for my doctor to clarify if he indeed made this decision - no reply- I then was sent a letter saying I can pick up my records for a 1.00 per page! I am appalled that a medical practice would even speak to an established patient of 20 yrs. HIPPA was clearly broken when some woman via Teladoc asked me what the issue was and then transferred me to an office manager? Not my doctors nurse, or even their urgent care? The fact that a doctor allows this type of behavior to his patients (if he even knows) has caused so much stress and disappointment. Steere clear of this practice unless you want weight loss drugs at $350.00 a month or a medical marijuana license. Apparently, KRISTEN DORMAN IS GOING THROUGH FILES THAT ARE NOT HER BUSINESS, BUT SHE HAS ONE HECK OF A MOUTH ON HER.

We recently chose to use Dr. Baldassarri as our primary family care doctor, big mistake! Our eldest…read moredaughter (6) has food allergies, and recently had what appeared to be a transient reaction to something else - that we could not identify. Thus, we made an appt with Dr. Baldassarri to get her checked on. The earliest appointment was 3 weeks out. Fortunately her problem went away on its own. Regardless, we thought it may be time for a new round of allergy testing. So, we went ahead with the appt. As it turned out, our younger daughter (3) had a bad fever the night prior to our elder daughters appt. She was also coughing like she had a chest infection. When we checked in for our elder daughter, I told the receptionist I would like our younger daughter checked also - without concern if there may have been a charge. The receptionist indicated it probably would not be a problem, and just to ask the Dr. when we saw him. As it turned out, near the end our time with him "evaluating our elder daughter" I mentioned the younger daughter's illness. To which he said (sitting right in front of our younger, sick daughter) "It's probably like a virus or something, you would need to get an appointment and paperwork and come back in" Seriously? 3 weeks out on new appointments. You won't take 2 minutes to look over my sick daughter - who WAS also to be a patient of his? You are kidding right? It gets worse: Knowing that he was also on staff at the local Mediquik and according to him, would be there the following day (Saturday), I decided to give him another chance - and go through the proper channels to have my younger daughter looked at (even though I tried that at his regular office the day prior). So, we brought her to Mediquick to see him - and attempt some continuum (since he was her primary). As it turned out, I also needed to discuss something very important with him that was more clerical in nature - regarding my specific records from previous visits to Mediquick. Thus, I tried to make it a dual appointment (again, willing to pay for both myself and my daughter) as it was CRITICAL that I have this discussion with him. After explaining this to the short and snippy receptionist (Mediquick), she went back and spoke with Dr. Baldassarri. When she came back, she informed me that he would see my daughter, but would not speak with me about the important issue that needed a grand total of 3 minutes worth of discussion. Absolutely unprofessional on all counts. At this point I formulated a very negative opinion of Dr. Baldassarri. So, we walked out. His character and integrity are severely lacking. I would not recommend this self-righteous doctor to anyone. He has lost our respect and trust entirely. The ironic thing is, he probably does not even care that he lost patients. Perhaps others have had good experiences? Ours was anything but... Never again!

While making one future appointment, I asked that I receive a reminder about the appointment, which they did almost immediately for an appointment weeks away. Such mean spirited behavior. And on the appointment cards is clearly says the there will be a $25 fee for missed appointments. On my appointment cards staff crossed out the $25 and replaced it with $50 for each missed appointment. Tasha, the Nurse Practitioner is excellent. Just wish staff was welcoming and kinder.

Ok we go back and forth about insurance and in the meantime I asked a question to the Facebook Community group to see if this is a common occurrence in Florida. The reception this morning proceeds to berate me about , "Why did you post to FB?" Excuse me I posted a question to an open forum without slander or liable are you so insecure that you are concerned about my question? Apparently so. It's really unfortunate because the providers of care may be amazing but I would never go here based on this first interaction. What a shame because all that needed to be done was to explain the process and move on and not tell me 'why did you post in FB?" So I guess you should probably take customer service classes instead of monitoring FB. Very unprofessional and unfortunate.

I have never waited more than 5 minutes for an appointment and with serious complaints, I have been able to get in same day. Everyone in the office treats me with unconditional positive regard. Dr. Garrett is attentive and jovial and genuinely concerned with every complaint I have ever brought to him, eager to help me seek resolutions. I will never see another doctor.

My mother is a diabetic and wheel chair bound and he charges exponentially for tele health services. That being said, after I had asked him about my mother's Metformin on that video call he informed me that her Metformin ER was what he ordered. She was on the regular 500 dose prior to the call. You would think that after the tele health call he could get it right! Not in the least! After 2 days of the Metformin ER my mothers sugar spiked!!! I called the office, my mother called the office and no response. Thankfully Walgreens delivered the right Metformin that I had to pay extra for. Needless to say I am looking for a new PCP for my mother!
