I took their advice and paid them to replace it. 7 days later the plug fell out, causing catastrophic engine failure according to Ford dealership. New engine from Ford quoted at over 20k. They refuse to take any responsibility for this. Currently involved in litigation with them since 6 months or so now. Buyer beware. read more

I've been here 2 times now and got a new car recently. I had NO clue there was a hidden AC filter behind the glove box, nor that my oil filter had 2 different options. This place has amazingly smart guys who even corrected car settings to accept oil change. I was impressed the 1st time last year but super impressed this time. They greet you well, and talk with you and won't push a sell, just let you know there are things they can check out. Tires were aired up, fluids filled, and even got a free car wash ticket to another place. Service is totally amazing and the manager and the crew are 1st class. I have a decent drive tomorrow and wanted to make sure that I got my car serviced before getting on the road with my kids. I stopped in quickly after work today around 5:18 PM and realized they were closing at 5:30. 12 minutes flat: oil change, wiper fluid topped off, wiper blade changed, lights checked, tires filled and payment handled. Though the guys were all speedy, I did not feel rushed to get out of their hair so they could close. They were friendly, told me other services my car could use based on the mileage but did not push to sell anything like many places do. Don't bring your vehicle in if it is leak free. It may seem like a weird statement but listen up. Price was good, service was fast, but they do not clean up after themselves. Brought my car home from an oil change and the next day I have an oil spot on my driveway. Jacked up my car and saw they did not clean the old oil off from when they pulled the old oil filter. Prior to this place I did all my own oil changes and always cleaned the underside. So if your vehicle already has oil leaks, this place will work fine for you, you won't notice, otherwise, look elsewhere. Unless you don't mind cleaning up other people's messes. read more
