Good and honest service so far. They solved minor issue I was having. They were quick too.

All was good until recently. Cameron and John are super friendly counter folks but after giving me back an un-driveable car three times, they explained that they cannot hire good help, have no quality controls, and do not verify that they have fixed customer complaints. They use victim - speak (we just work here, don't know how to stop the quality escapes. Letters to the owner (Isaque.faria@fastlspgtoup.com) go unanswered. My examples are: 1. Reported suspension noise in right front, they found LEFT FRONT ball joints bad, replaced them but did not verify the noise before or after, it was not fixed. 2. Replaced headlights but did not adjust aim, Cameron said they cannot adjust the headlights. Turns out that they can but failed miserably. 3. Had radiator replaced and they left the air intake duct completely loose and inoperative, forgot to replace the fasteners. Obvious once the hood was opened. The front desk doesn't really understand automotive issues. They have one mechanic that diagnoses EVERYTHING and then hands the car off to another mechanic for repair but no one checks the work. They made up explanations that they don't understand. No concept that this is unacceptable. They have a C+ rating with BBB. I recommend NOT taking your vehicle there. read more

I had an appointment for my 2004 Jaguar Vanden Plas Thursday morning at 8 AM. I got there at 7:30. I called them at the end of the day and they had no information for me yet. I called Friday afternoon and they still had nothing he said he's working up a quote and he'll call me back he's "working on it right now " I started calling at five when I got off work and no answer. I drove out there and my beautiful car is sitting out Unlocked in their parking lot baking in the sun where it's already been for two days. That'll be four days for my garage kept car to be baking in the sun. I have no idea what my estimate is. They haven't returned any of my calls and I am absolutely beside myself. read more

Dealership prices. Questionable ethics & repair work. I've had multiple repairs done over the years. Their service writer is super shady too

I have a Japanese import so I called first before bringing it in for an alignment. They said no problem, bring it in. After 4 hours they said they couldn't do it and still charged me full price. The front desk guys showed me absolutely no empathy for how long it took or for the fact that they couldn't do the alignment. I wish I would have checked Yelp Reviews first. read more

This place was easy to find! Pros: My oil was changed quickly and it didn't break the bank! The waiting area contained coffee, water, and plenty of magazines. Love that! Cons: I was greeted by a disheveled employee with many tattoos, sagging draws and a potty mouth... I understand its a mechanic garage... but I do expect a bit more professionalism when I'm paying for a service. read more

What a crook Jon Mackey at Jerry's Action Repair, the most disrespectful employee together with his assistant, cero customer service !!. I gave him my car to be fixed, told me the alternator was bad, he replaced, when I went to pick it up, the car would not drive, I asked him, what's wrong with the car, he responded, nothing, excuse me, you didn't notice that doesn't work!! Oh, the mechanic said it was ok!The car couldn't run, he then said the main computer is damage , you need a new one around $2,000 plus the programming and labor, he keep my car for 3 months and did absolutely nothing! I towed away last week to xxx ( this is not about the Honest gentleman who help me ), the owner xxx did a Great service!! Nothing wrong at all with the computer, was missing just a fuse( how was missing that, he must taking it out !!) Dan fixed my car in 3 days for an AMAZING price!! RUN AWAY FROM THIS CROOK!! Yeah, I got to leave a review. Great guys who are honest and will work on your car the best they can, at probably one of the best prices on the island. I found my mechanic here in Satellite Beach. So, it started with my wife's van. It needed tires and what not. I had replaced brakes and was starting on bearings when one side would not budge. Took it to them, no problems. One guy even drove my wife home. Can't ask for more. They didn't have the tires I wanted, but found a comparable product. NO PROBLEM! They put the tires on, fixed the hub, and my wife is a happy camper. When I was there about my van, I asked for about an internet auction car I bought. Two shops on the island, I won't doxx them, told me I needed a new engine. Which was sort of odd, because in my heart of hearts I knew it was something else. (I am a pretend mechanic at home. I think I know I can do something I do it, and when I can't? To the shop it goes!) Nick told me to bring it in and he will at least look at it. I dropped it off a few days later, and guess what??? Valve springs, not a new engine. A few hundred versus a few thousand. I think they probably could have charged more, but they didn't. SO HAPPY! Thanks Nick, and thanks Jerry's!!! Brought my 2001 Corvette in for routine maintenance. Being all I wanted was a manual transmission fluid change and differential fluid change. Also 4 new sway bar links and alignment. Differential exploded within 200 miles and parts from my waste gate were stolen causing one turbo to not work. I highly do not recommend going here. Try anywhere else. read more

Had a leaking tire on my rental car and my dad suggested he's had good experiences here (as opposed to the place next door!) They looked at it and there was a nail in a position that can't be repaired. The desk guy Nick was very friendly and even offered to the rental car company to put the affected tire in the trunk for their inspection. Now how honest is that?! I'm pleased and feel much safer with the help of Jerry's and their helpful, courteous staff! read more

Took in my 2006 Toyota RAV4 to have a smart coil under the intake manifold replaced. They did replace the coil, but when I got the car back the ABS light was was set. The right rear speed sensor is intermittent. I also had to replace the battery two days after picking up the car. It's possible these two failures are coincidental. But the fact is that the ABS failure happened while the car was in their care. The ABS light was NOT on before I took the car in for service, it was on the moment I put the key in to pick up the car. The wiring for the speed sensor does run to the skid control module under the manifold. I can't access it to see if something was damaged/pulled loose without removing the manifold again. They want over $500 to fix the speed sensor. They are insisting that "all of the lights" get set when a failure happens. A lot of lights get set, true, but the ABS light was NOT on when I brought the vehicle in. The wiring runs past where they were working. They are insisting they did not damage anything, but they can't say that for sure. If the wheel speed sensor has failed, it failed while the vehicle was there. I just spent almost $800 on repairs only to find there's been over $500 worth of damage incurred while the vehicle was in their care. Could be coincidence, but I have a hard time believing in coincidence. And the fact that they are insisting I'm wrong about the ABS light really pisses me off. I know for a FACT that ABS light has NEVER come on previous to that car being in that shop. The failure happened there, period. read more

"1" star only because "0" isn't an option. Went in for a diagnostic and paid for it and repairs when we were informed it was ready for pick up. My husband didn't even make it out of the parking lot and the car was having issues it's never had before. He immediately went back inside and was informed that they would do a check and repairs for free as it was clearly something that they missed. The next day, we receive a call stating that they're actually going to be charging us for ANOTHER diagnostic again. For an issue that we weren't even having until after we got the keys back from them. When my husband tried to discuss how that wasn't right for them to charge us for something they should've caught, they refused to budge. So either they missed the issue the first time or someone broke something while doing other repairs. Either way, they are refusing to make this right so we won't ever be back. read more

I really like to shop local so when I had a problem with my vehicle, I called Jerry's. I told them I had an oil leak and it looked like it was coming from the back of the motor. I asked if it might be the main seal and what that would cost if it was. I was told $1100 and asked if I could bring it in to have them check it out. I waited a couple days for them to call me with what they found and what it would take to repair it. We then were into a weekend so the next Monday they called and told me they had replaced the main seal but I still had a bad leak and it would take another $700 to repair the oil cooler. I asked why they replaced the oil seal if that wouldn't correct the problem and was told "because I told them to". I am not a mechanic and could have never made that diagnosis. I asked the service writter to have the owner call me and after two days of no calls, I went back up to get my vehicle. The owner was there so I tried to talk to him about the repair that didn't correct the problem and the lack of a call before they completed the work. He told me that the vehicle had two leaks and the leak at the oil cooler could have started after they replaced the main seal because now there was more oil pressure causing the leak. Like I stated earlier, I am not a mechanic but knew this was bs to cover there rear. When I heard that, I knew I was fighting a battle that I wouldn't win so I paid the $1800 and left. Needless to say. I will not be back. When I told the service writer that I would be letting people know how they do business, his reply was "so we lose a few customers". I'm glad some of the others received good service locally but that was definitely not my experience. read more
