Claimed they could not change my filter because it was on too tight, (I changed it myself later…read morethat day with zero problems.) They went ahead and changed out my oil, presumably thinking I'll be going another 7500 miles on a dirty filter. They then proceeded to keep the filter on the invoice. When I complained they refunded me the up charge for the filter but did not lower the base "oil and filter" charge, even though that price INCLUDES THE PRICE OF A STANDARD OIL FILTER. And get this, they handed me a service estimate two hours AFTER the service was performed! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! They want to cover their butts when they are contacted by the BBB. unfortunately for them the phony estimate they handed me is time stamped two hours after the original invoice. So beware. This dishonest shop manager is willing to put charges on your bill hoping you won't notice, give insufficient cash refunds under the table when they are caught and print phony service estimates to make it look they informed you before hand of the charges. we ended up paying $85 AFTER the $16 refund for nothing more than oil and ten minutes of work. TOTAL RIPOFF. Quick Slick should be embarrasse. I will never go back and neither will anyone I know. AVOID THESE CRIMINALS!
