(Insurance on tires). We returned the next day and it was more chaotic! They couldn't find my paperwork or my keys! They pulled out with a car up front whose service was done and the hood was popped! Finally, they found our keys and we paid. They told me my battery was bad. I just bought it 1.5 months ago. I will return to the store where I bought it to check on that. I love my new tires, but it was too chaotic for me. I probably won't return.

Received a call 15 minutes later stating the inspector failed my vehicle since brakes and pads were "too worn". First question I had was you told me the state inspector wasn't in until later, guy on phone had a long pause and said "yeah he came in earlier than I thought". Red flag number 1. I asked how much for repairs to pass inspection and the guy said $1300, I said no just fail it and I will take it elsewhere. We hung up the phone and 10 minutes later he called back and said we were able to lower price to $1100. Red flag number 2 for those keeping track. I refused again and decided to just pay for oil change, which was double the price of any other shop I've been to. Took my vehicle to another shop and they removed the wheels and showed me the brakes and pads were still well within limits and even confirmed I could go another 20,000-30,000 miles with said brakes.
