Driver got here didn't know the drop off address. Then the guy texting says he can send you the link or I can I said you can send it. He then texts me back tacks on another $5 fee after the pick up after he offerer using a link to pay and said "they charge us for all tha" & didn't say anything else. Be more professional fees up front. Don't wait until you have the tow on the truck. Also stick with your original quotes and communicate the delivery address with your driver.
