They've towed my car twice this past week. The prices are very reasonable and the drivers are always professional and nice. They quoted 45min the first time and he showed up in 15min. Then they quoted 30min and he showed up in 15 which is awesome! Nothing feels more helpless then when your car breaks down. The drive from Southern to Northern California can be very quick and easy. It can also be very long, arduous and fraught with minor (and major) calamities. For example, when it's an eve of a major Holiday that shuts down nearly all retail and service businesses! This is where we found ourselves, seemingly in the middle of nowhere, after dark, a car full of pets and a tire blow out. THEN... AAA sent us Tim Klein from Dave's Towing in Selma to our rescue! Tim assisted our quirky little family in getting safely off the freeway and eventually to a hotel which would become our impromptu holiday vacation home. He called several local tire shops and repair shops along the way hoping by some miracle there would be an opening on the holiday for tires. He checked the air pressure in my spare, and replaced my tire on my car, then helped me to find a tire shop to fix my flat so I could get on my way. I just want to give a special Thanks to Brian for his brilliance and excellence in towing knowledge of vehicles. I had been waiting for several other tow companies (1st class tow) to be one that was very horrible at providing even decent customer service and sluggish response time to get out to the vehicle. Very unprofessional attitude from the driver at "1st Class Tow" out of Fresno, CA. The gentleman Brian traveled from Selma, CA roughly 20-30 minutes from Fresno, CA to arrive in half the dispatched time it took for local Fresno towing companies to arrive. There had been two companies that cancelled on me saying that did not have the "correct equipment" to tow my vehicle. On of which was 1st Class Tow that showed up and left. Brian greeted me pleasantly when he showed up and got right to the job. Explained to me what happened exactly to the vehicle and what could have happened if things had went slightly different with the breakdown which could have resulted in much more damages. Brian assured me that he will make sure nothing gets damaged to the vehicle while in the process of bringing it up on the flat bed lift and he was right. Takes his time and shows passion for his line of work. He had my vehicle hoisted up on the flat bed in about 20 minutes after needing to wheel one of the wheels and we were ready to jam out of there to our destination. Very friendly guy and super helpful when he sees your in need of assistance. Would not want anyone towing my vehicles anymore besides Brian here at Dave's Towing, and for now on he will be my go to guy first.
