Disappointing. This place seems to be going downhill the past couple years. The quality has been down and they keep making goofy decisions, like eliminating tahini but adding street corn, IN A MEDITERRANEAN RESTAURANT. Those can be forgiven. But the service I received at this location was piss poor. They screwed up my order and then gave me attitude when I asked them to remake it. I told them to keep it and walked out. Very disappointed, as I've been going to Pita Ways (numerous locations) for 5 plus years. Im done. There are better options. read more

I first want to say that I love the consistency of Pita Way locations. This location also does not disappoint. It is amazing to know that the food and the service is always spectacular. Great service from the greeting as I walked in to my exit with a large fattoush salad (with feta and white meat chicken). Reminds me of a subway type set up but delicious grilled meat instead. The service was great and funny and yes, I recommend this locale and I'd go back again. read more

$5 Dearborn shawarma on Tuesdays. That's what drew me to this restaurant and I was not disappointed. Growing up in Dearborn I've had plenty of them, and this place did a great job with my sandwich. Quite hefty, plenty of garlic spread, and chicken was tender. Great service and dining area is nice as well! read more

Happy to see a PW open in Macomb county. Used to just be a west side treat, now I have one close to home. This location lived up to my expectations of other I've visited. Meat was all fresh and delicious, topping choices were abundant too. Hummus was nice and smooth. For me the fact that they source their pita from New yasmeen bakery in Dearborn was a big win. IYKYK. I love this style of fast, casual dining and glad we have an option for middle eastern nearby. read more

i've never eaten at places like this, maybe subway, but that was a long time ago. so i asked the staffs on how to order their menu and they took me on a brief explanation through it. i asked for suggestions and what not and the person helping me was so friendly and knowledgeable. offering so many options is great! the ambiance was quiet and casual. place was clean and they have a good amount of dine in chairs and tables. perfect for lunch and catch up with friends. they have a self-serve soda machine as far as i know for what they have on drinks. the staffs here are friendly and welcoming. i will definitely recommend coming here and i will be returning :) they were so welcoming! read more

Super clean and updated on the inside! When we arrived, we found out someone took our order... bummer!! We had to wait for them to remake our food which didn't take long! Great service, friendly staff, food is always fresh and hot. The grilled chicken is my favorite! I've stopped in literally just for a side of chicken and some hummus to dip it in. It's better than fast food when you need something quick. Been in here many times for DoorDash and their kitchen is always clean and the employees use gloves and seem to actually take a little pride in serving their customers. Definitely recommend the "mini combo" if you need to feed a family of 4. read more

It's in the old Dickey's bbq spot on 59. The food was ok. Had 3 different kinds of sandwiches. The Gyro HELL NAH. No pita bread just shawarma bread. Taziki was just sour cream no cucumber. The Dark Chicken shawarma I guess when it's corporate you measure everything with Dixie cups of cut pieces of a mystery meat and dark chicken. Service was ok 2 peeps were being trained basically 1 guy doing the making of the sandwich's. The falafel snack was pretty good nice spice. read more

I wanted to update my last review. We've been back to this location a few times since my review and it's been a lot better. The bowls were loaded up and the food was fresh. Service is really friendly. The store itself needs some cleaning especially the bathrooms. All in all they've improved since our initial visits. read more

Stopped here for the first time and WOW! First of all, the food is amazing but the star of the show is Stacey. I'm not sure if he is a manager or not but if he's not someone please get this man a raise. He makes the experience awesome. He was very patient and helpful in suggesting options. Fire fries were a suggestion of his that were amazing. Pita wraps were fluffy and chicken was moist and not over cooked at all. Chicken lemon rice soup was also super good. I go to the Troy location regularly, but I was in the area of this one on hall td so I stopped there with my sisters. Sadly was very disappointed with the attitude from a manager I'm guessing, he was the oldest one seemed like the leader (by the way he was just snapping at the other two women up front) the other two lady's were lovely very nice but when I said shawarma instead of sandwich the bald man got visibly irritated (I think because my sister had just said the same thing) it didn't seem like a big deal I say it all the time at the other location but for some reason this man wanted to take it personally. Like everyone has bad days but when you work in customer service let alone are a manager you should really keep that in check better! Vibes are not there seemed like he was making everything unenjoyable for everyone workers and customers, I have to take my sisters to the Troy one so they can see not every pita way is rude!! read more
