For $8 (+ tax & tip), a full serving of the Poke (with one of two BBQ sauce options) is filling, hearty, delicious, and everything that you could want or hope for. The crunchy potato outside, mixed with the soft potato innards, topped with the tender pork, and smothered with the BBQ sauce is nothing short of satisfying. And they're not chintzy with the meat either, which is very much appreciated. Normally, when I frequented Bleu Garten, the process involved trying to figure out which food truck was least likely to gyp me. Now I'll be looking for St. Paddy's Cakes first, and then trying to figure out what the next best (least gyppy) option is if St. Paddy's isn't to be found.

Be sure to ask for grilled onions, as they add a lot, which I ask for along with the fresh diced as well (and cilantro of course). For $1.50, they are the average size but have a lot of meat, a good value. Remember, the red salsa and grilled onions are a must. The only issue I would point out, they could be served hotter, as they were barely warm and we got to them fast. Service here is very friendly and communication easy.
