Wow, oh wow! Tonight was pizza night but I felt like trying something different, so the wife and I decided to come try out the Saucee Sicilian. Best decision of the weekend! The Focaccia appetizer was amazing. My wife got the Ragusa and absolutely loved it. I decided to try something different - a meatball pizza with Sicilian Hot Honey. It had just a little zing and a great flavor. We finished off the evening with the Raspberry Coulis cheesecake, also to die for. I'm typically skeptical of new places, so hopefully the praise I have for this new adventure comes through. It really was a great date night surprise with the wife. Great first time in. The garlic was cooked in olive oil and herbs and was very soft. Great to spread on the focaccia flatbread. The white pizza was very good and a nice change from red sauce. Overall pizzas and appetizers were very good. read more

Lunch yesterday with a friend at Saucee Sicilian. It's been too long since we've lunched here. Love the food, the venue, the vibe. There wood fired pizza oven looks amazing and there is a bar in front of the oven if you want to be entertained by the art of pizza making while dining. The food is good, the service is good, the prices right. We both had the lunch special. There are a number of variations to choose from and we both went with the pizza, cesar salad and soft drink. We ordered the Catania, a small pepperoni pizza with red sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni. It was delectable ! The cost for the lunch special was $13. read more

The food just isn't very good and definitely not worth the price. I had one of their pizzas with artichokes, garlic, mushrooms and olives. They use canned mushrooms, and the crust was burnt and bitter. The garlic was also bitter and mushy, just didn't taste very good. My husband enjoyed his spaghetti and meatballs. I wish my pizza dough had tasted like his bread bowl. The focaccia we ordered as an appetizer didn't come before our meal. Had to ask our waitress where it was and then she brought it out, said she didn't know why it wasn't brought out earlier. The table was too small and cramped. My daughter's fettuccini Alfredo didn't taste very good at all, way too heavy on garlic. My son enjoyed the buttered spaghetti but quit eating towards the end because there was just a puddle of butter at the bottom of his plate and he said it was too greasy. The "focaccia" was good, but it would have been better before our meal. I ordered a balls deep lager and it was the most disgusting beer I've ever tasted. Super citrusy and bitter. Our waitress was slow to refill water so I had to give mine to my husband. Total came out to 78 and change and then after tip we ended up spending over 90 bucks. Not sure how, the food was nowhere near worth that price, so I definitely don't care to return. read more

It's a small standalone building on Classen amidst surrounding homes. Parking in front was weird and crowded. The entire glassed front encased the bright, bustling interior even though it was a weekday. Don't get the Cherry Italian Soda, at $5 don't think it was worth it. But everything else we got was great and delicious. Nothing that special about the Cesar Salad that came in a bowl, but it was fresh and the shaved cheese was great. Even the croutons were good, not regular stale bread but made specifically for this salad. The Italian Stracciatella is my new favorite dish. I would come back just for this. Beware that it's all flatbread so very filling. Either get it as an appetizer for 4 as it's supposed to be or get it as a dish for 2. It was only the hubs and me and we ate the whole thing and we were stuffed. So by the time the Trapani Pizza came, we barely nibbled a slice and had to take the rest home. It's a tad too sweet, but it's personal preference. Otherwise it's so tasty with the figs. At the bottom of our ticket it says, "Tim S*cks". Ask your server what that means. There's a funny/interesting story that comes with it, lol. We will definitely be back. Need to bring another person or two to share that Stracciatella! read more

Truly truly adore that I was brought to this amazing establishment!! I found out so much in so little time. My friends and their family consistently come here, and I learned why. Not only is the owner big on mentoring youth in retaining employment, but he also ensures that they remain financially responsible and out of trouble. Everything about this place makes me wish I lived closer. Everyone who went shared food. Do I remember everything we had..nope but I can tell you everything we had was marvelous. I remember having the fettuccine Alfredo with pesto which BLEW MY MIND!! The pizza we had was out of this world and I wish I could remind you which ones they were, but the pictures should give you an idea. I think one of them were the meats. Oh let me tell you about the pita and garlic spread though mouth watering. We ran out of pita and I legit just starting eating the spread solo. The espresso martini was BOMB!! I would honestly go back to OKC to visit my friends but also to try the rest of what they have on the menu. I'm not following their IG page and of course had to cop some merchandise. Came here on a Friday night and it was pretty busy. We had a 45 min wait before we finally got seated. Overall, the food was good. Some of it seemed a little expensive to me. Service was good! A girl friend and I try to have dinner every other month and she picked this WONDERFUL place! We met and ate at the bar so that I could watch the MLB Playoffs on the tv and the bartender was the absolute best! He recommended my meal of the Tusa and it did NOT disappoint! I'm pretty sure I almost ate the entire thing it was so great. Also, they make their own Limoncello that he also reccommended and that was the BEST limoncello I have ever had. It was AMAZING! Came here with a group of friends and the vibe was just right -- chill atmosphere, not too loud, and good service. Only thing missing was a few water refills. We started with the sauce balls (just okay) and the spinach artichoke dip, which was fantastic. Then we had three pizzas -- Margherita, Ragusa, and Capizzi -- and they were all really good. We loved everything we got. The dough they use for all the dishes is spot on. But the thing I loved the most was their pesto.
