The Broccoli Beef was overwhelmingly sauced. And the Shrimp wasn't sauteed hot enough so the skin stuck to the meat when we tried to peel. The Roast Duck surprised me as I was expecting the typical Chinese Roast Duck, but this one was deeply sauced and too sweet. Funny enough, the free California Roll was decent though.

Our server must've had several tables because we didn't see him very often. We started ordering drinks two at a time because we wouldn't see him for 20 to 30 minutes. The entertainment consisted of two women dressed up like disco balls and another person dressed up in a disco ball suit. They would walk around and dance. It was cool, but I kind of thought from the advertisement that there would be more. At the end, we waited for like 15-20 minutes to get our check and finally asked another server to get it for us. He told our waiter. We got our check and we all had 23% gratuity automatically attached to it. I wasn't aware that it would be 23% and had we had an attentive waiter, that probably would've been OK. I love La Brasa's ambience, but I feel like for those events they need more bartenders and/or servers.
