When I called the office, I learned the charge was a late-arrival fee for an appointment in 2024. I didn't miss the appointment -- I was simply a few minutes late -- so they billed me $35. I asked for the "late fee" to be removed and they refused. It's disappointing, but they've lost a patient over a ridiculous policy and $35. I would recommend considering other dental offices in the Hoover area that take a more reasonable, patient-focused approach.

Most of my experience has been with Dr. Mim, a wonderful dentist who really takes time to get to know you. My procedure was kinda lengthy, I had NO PAIN at all.
